My son is looking for his new apartment home as a student athlete and let's just say Vashonda made choosing The Connector that much easier. The communication, and support was top tier. I can truly appreciate people who provide stellar service. Application done, lease secured! See y'all fall semester!

I have been living here for a couple of months now, and I have been really enjoying it. It's a great building with a good location. While some slight issues have popped up with upkeep of amenities and the elevators, I have never felt unsafe, and the staff and management team are responsive and helpful, especially Vashonda, who has been very attentive and accommodating with some individual issues I’ve had. Overall, I think it’s a great place to live despite its minor caveats.

Their leasing office and customer support is always amazing! I've never had any issues with any of the staff I've talked to, VaShonda in particular has went above and beyond to help me with my leasing issues and I'm very thankful to them! If you have any issues or problems, I highly recommend simply giving them a call!

I lived here 2024-2025 and have similar experiences to residents that lived here in the same timeframe.
Living here for a year, entering and leaving the apartment at different times throughout the day, I would say security was present maybe 10% of the time.
During my time living here, a hot water pipe burst on the 25th floor. Residents were displaced from their apartment for long periods of time, with management not providing reasonable compensation. Students were seriously injured and possessions were destroyed. A timeline of three days by management quickly turned into over a month of not being able to live in my unit due to industrial grade fans and dryers being placed in my room. I sent an email regarding promised compensation and never got a response.
Management is snarky and unhelpful. If you try picking your own packages up there is a high chance that sorting them takes multiple days. Complaints are not treated with respect and management spends more money to get people to sign leases here than addressing issues to improve the living experience.
Elevators break down frequently, pool areas are not kept tidy, and gym equipment breaks without repair for weeks. Management recently installed a revolving door that I have yet to see anyone use. The install rendered the main entrance useless for two months, inconveniencing residents.
This complex needs to set its priorities straight instead of neglecting residents concerns in priority of financial gain. Most positive reviews on here are people that toured the apartment, not actual accounts of residents.

My experience living at this apartment community was extremely disappointing. Upon moving out, I was shocked to see a large deduction from my security deposit for bathroom “damages” that, in my view, were completely unfounded and not present when I left the unit. Despite trying to address the issue, I felt the charges were unjustified and not handled transparently.
Throughout my tenancy, we had to vacate the building multiple times for various issues, which became incredibly disruptive. One of the most frustrating incidents was when a pipe burst, forcing everyone to leave the building and leaving us with no running water for a period of time. Situations like this happened more than once, and each time communication and management response felt inadequate.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property and would encourage future tenants to be cautious, especially regarding maintenance issues and security deposit handling.

Have lived here for a couple of months now, and it is okay overall. My main concerns are the lack of a fan in the bathrooms, which causes the bathroom and room to become stuffy and humid, and could also lead to mold. I am also concerned about the false fire alarms that seem to happen multiple times a week. There was one true (small) fire last week, and a majority of the residents thought it was another false alarm and did not come outside. If this fire were serious, it could have put a lot of people in danger. Please do better.

Great study spaces and decoration. Clean spaces and well spaced rooms. Vashonda gave a great tour and helped us with figuring out the whole process

Vashonda gave me the best tour of my life!!!!! From the moment I walked in, she was so warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to show me around. She took the time to explain every feature, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely at home. You can really tell she cares about the residents and loves what she does. If you’re thinking about leasing here, definitely ask for Vashonda — she’s amazing!

Absolutely horrendous experience. The doors to the bedroom automatically lock for some dumb reason. I locked my bedroom keys in my bedroom. Hey, my mistake. I’ll just call the after hours maintenance phone number posted all over the lobby and the website! They will help me out! WRONG. I called this number at least ten times from three different phones with no answer. The security guard downstairs was no help either. An apartment this large must have a 24 hour lock out service available. That is not negotiable. I have had to call a secondary locksmith service to get into my room. This is despicable treatment of a resident and very dangerous. I shudder to think what would happen to someone in this position who does not have a good safety net, like international students. Do better.

TERRIBLE PLACE! DON'T LIVE HERE AT ALL!!
Update: the management said TV was broken. I never used TV at all. They straight up lied. HORRIBLE AND DISHONEST MANAGEMENT. DON'T CHOOSE HERE.
THEY CHARGED ME $300 FOR TV REPLACEMENT FEE (WHILE I NEVER USED TV). THE MOVE-OUT CHARGES ARE OUTRAGEOUS. THEY CHARGE ALL NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR AND PREY ON STUDENTS.
THIS PLACE DESERVES 0 STAR.

This was the worst rental experience of my life. Because of their negligence, our entire floor was flooded with boiling hot water. There was almost no information sent to tenants regarding this incident, rather we had to beg for updates and instead of helping displaced tenants find somewhere to stay, management tossed out an empty promise of $100 a night. Most of us never saw the full amount, and in the meantime, they crammed over 20 industrial fans into our apartments, making them completely unlivable and never giving us additional compensation for the destruction.
On multiple occasions they threw away and destroyed our belongings—even though we had entirely valid leases—and then had the audacity to offer $25 as “compensation.” Multiple hundreds of dollars worth of belongings. The way they handled the situation was beyond unprofessional: rude, dismissive, and at times downright aggressive. They would stick you with insane fines and when you tried to fight them you would meet the rudest people in Atlanta.
The security staff was another issue. The guards were consistently rude, unhelpful, and mean, but the worst part was half of the time they were nowhere to be found. The entire building and its management is dangerous, disrespectful, and exploitative. Avoid at all costs.

I lived in this apartment complex for two years, and while it had its good moments initially, the past year has been frustrating and a total mess. The new management team seems incapable of addressing concerns effectively and constantly tacks on unwarranted charges for things they fail to handle. I’m very used to apartment living and can deal with inconveniences, but the ongoing issues here have made it incredibly difficult to stay.
For example, the water damage fiasco, the whole building was a disaster zone for days. Management promised compensation or a new room to make things right, but they didn’t follow through on either and left me to deal with their mess. To make matters worse, they left hazardous equipment in my apartment that caused wall damage and then charged me for the repairs when I moved out. Their “community engagement” events feel like a superficial attempt to distract from their terrible and unresponsive staff. The amenities are nice in theory, with plenty of facilities, but they’re extremely poorly maintained. There are dirty corridors, neglected trash chutes, and a general lack of upkeep. It’s clear their priority is collecting fees, not fixing their own mistakes.
They’ll assure you they’ll address your complaints, but don’t expect any follow-up but it’s all talk. I strongly advise against wasting your time and money here. Look elsewhere for a place that actually cares about its residents.
All they seem to care about is milking you for money while dodging their own mistakes.
