My grandmother is a senior who lives at Heritage Green Apts and she currently has no electricity in her apartment and has been without power throughout today and yesterday.
The electrcian stopped by earlier today, Wednesday, November 12, 2025 and stated that he will inform the property manager of the emergency service needed for apartment 803.
No one returned or contacted my grandmother regarding this issue.
She has been left in the dark.
The property that you oversee does not offer an after hour emergency service for tenants.
The leasing office is always closed or doors locked.
This is unprofessional and inhabitable living conditions.
I will be contacting code enforcement and Table Rock Residential regarding
the mishandling of this property and tenants.
This situation has caused emotional distress to my elderly grandmother
In addition,
If needed, we will file a counter suit claim against Heritage Green Apartments / Asset Living by Legal Aid as my family members are prepared.
This is an emergency, and per the lease agreement, the landlord is responsible for all emergency repairs.
This is simply neglect at this point, and it’s unacceptable.
This is also a safety issue.
The communication with the manager and the service provided by Asset living is poor as well.
Georgia Power has confirmed that this is maintenance issue and not a power outage by Georgia Power.
Yet no one has contacted her!

I would like to give a shout out to our incredible manager Cameron, who is really doing a great job for the residents here at Heritage Greene Apartments, I have lived here for over 17 years and have complained about my kitchen floor and the damage that was caused by leaking. He is the only manager that not only came to see the damage, but sent someone to assess the damage and my floor was was just completed on today, Monday 21, 2025 and it looks fabulous. So thanks to Cameron and the team for doing an amazing job.

I’ve lived here for almost a year and have experienced nothing but good things since the current leasing agent Cameron set foot into the property . Responses are prompt , things are cleaner and the gate works . I am satisfied. Good work all together

unprofessional complex . four managers since jan . now we have another new manager and no one answers the phone . i’ve been calling and leaving messages for a week . yall change mailbox key locks but no one can get their keys because either no one is in the office or no one is answering the phone . we have water that leaks into our apartments over by building 100 and no one still fixed it . it’s been like this for months wth

I moved my fiancé into this apartment about two weeks ago and it’s been nothing but trauma we found blowflies in the bathroom rats nest in the oven the apartment was never clean. They just moved him into a dirty apartment and at 1:30 in the morning he’s calling me saying there’s a huge Rat that just jumped out of the tub and ran across his feet the apartment managers are so nonchalant as if OK what do you want me to do about it situation when they should be trying to accommodate their tenants or at least transfer him to another unit
