My first impression with them is that they are very attentive and pay very close attention to detail. They answered any questions I had and were very thorough with their explanations, especially when it came to explaining what exactly was wrong and what was required to do for the repair. Rafael is also very honest and lays out everything how it is, especially when it comes to the breakdown of pricing.
Orlando, Jose and him do a very excellent job and have showed how much pride they have in their work, alongside their professionalism.

I went here last week to replace my fuel pump last week. Not even a week later my truck won’t start. Come to find out from a different mechanic they never changed the fuel pump at all. I was scammed by these guys. Please don’t fall victim to these guys like I did.

Wayne and the team at high-tech we're AWESOME! They were tireless about finding out what was wrong with my 2013 Tahoe and transparent and honest about what was needed and cost. Being able to trust a mechanic is so important and I knew I was in good hands the whole time and would recommend them to anyone looking for transmits work!

Prices are fair. If you have a lowered car they may not be able to accommodate you, although they will try. Prices seem to be fair. Thorough inspections as well.

Took my truck in for something that I thought was a transmission issue but turned out to be an issue with engine mounts. They were thorough and were also upfront about the time it would take to isolate/investigate the issue.

I had my 2001 Dodge Ram 15 transmission rebuilt by High-Tech Transmission Service. I used their services because of the high reviews they received. I am glad I did. When I arrived, I noted they were working on approximately 10 vehicles in the shop and many more waiting for service. (Many people had made the same decision as I.) I talked to the owner, and found him to be knowledgeable and passionate about his work. I give him high marks for explaining what they would do and explaining what they did afterwards. They rebuilt the transmission at a reasonable price, and it is going fine a year later. No issues. I highly recommend their service and would use them again.

I brought my car to this shop for tune up , and to fix my air compressor, because summer is around the corner and Temps get up there. I have a nissan 2013 and some of the parts for my car are back ordered, but the general manager Rafael went out of his way to make sure the parts got in asap to get my car fixed, then Brandon the mechanic had the parts changed fast and they had my car ready in a jiffy. They also kept me updated every step of the way and they showed me everything they changed and that needed to be changed, I will be coming back here for sure!
