I have been staying with Hilton in the states since 2017. This is the first time I want to write a review for Hilton staff. Aurora who worked at the front desk did me a huge favor to resolve my parking problem tonight (2/24/2024). I do appreciate your patience and efforts, Aurora. I also thank Donyalle for helping me to identify Aurora's name. What a group of amazing Hilton crews!

This is not a 4 star hotel.Staff is nice.Hotel is in the "just put another coat of paint over it" stage of its lifecycle.Beds are saggy.Hardly any electrical outlets in the room, and half of them don't work. Water in the shower is lukewarm at best.Restaurants are ok but should be better for the price.Wouldn't recommend this hotel.Food & drinks: They do have a market with snacks and pretty good coffee. Restaurants are mediocre.

Great hotel that is conveniently located. The spacious lobby is as great for people to meet. The room was clean, quiet had plenty of outlets to plug in devices. My only complaint is that it was cold outside and at night all I wanted was a hot shower and the water only got warm at best. I thought it was just me but my coworkers that were on different floors had the same issue. One even said she showered in the morning and only cold water was available. I would stay here again because it was very clean and convenient but I hope they fix their water heater.

Everything I go to the Hilton it feels like home. The staff is amazing especially the bar staff. They make you forget you are traveling. I live in the area and still choose to go there just for the environment. 5 stars all the way!!

My room seemed rather old fashioned compared with more recently constructed hotels. I know it is a huge hotel and it would cost a lot to refurbish, but I think it could use a refit and some fresh paint in more modern colors.

I sent a night there and it was not too great as there was kid's running in the hall and knocking on the walls. The next thing was that our bathroom was out of soap and everything that should being a bathroom. The thing is as a Hilton honor member they leave me with a bit of bitter taste in my mouth.

Not good. Wouldn't allow late check out, no using luggage carts, and clueless about parking validation. Would have rather stayed at a best western.

This hotel is in the heart of downtown. When we first arrived, we were given great service by Aurora, including 2 bottles of water. Our room was nice. The only exception was that the hot water did not work consistently. It never got really hot. On the last night of our stay, I asked for a bottle of water. It was given to me. When we checked our credit card, we were charged $12 for the water!! This is outlandish, especially with me being a Hilton Honors member for many years. Please look at your policies and how you treat your members.Edit: The charge for the water did drop from our credit card after 2 days.

Picked a room on the very top, the room was spacious and clean. The inside of the hotel was so huge! So many amenities available for the guests and visitors. I would definitely stay here again!

Key card didn’t work, not once, but twice. Two different rooms. No apologies from the front desk ladies. Heard from other people staying there that they were having issues with their cards as well. Elevators are horrible too. You’ll be on there for a while before getting where you need to go. Shower curtain was wrinkled and fabric was pilled.Apparently the key card issues have been going on for a while according to the reviews.

I was promised to be able to check in @2 am by one of the Hilton employees and after a long flight to Atlanta found out that the Hilton employees had made a mistake on my room. They charged me an extra 400 to stay the night and refused to give any real explanation or reasoning as to why this was happening. One employee went as far as hanging up on me mid sentence while I was trying to figure out what was going on. I haven’t received any type of reimbursement and am thoroughly disappointed with my experience.
