I was shopping with my daughter for the Usher concert and Josh assisted us. He knew the exact look she was going for and she looked age appropriate. Josh was so kind especially in a time when great customer service is hard to find.

I was trying on a sweater and some sweat pants in H&M and their dressing room doors are like just curtains and I overheard them wondering to each other if anyone was in the one I was in (even though they directed me to it like 4 minutes earlier I was super quick in there) and so I anticipated a little like tap on the curtain asking if anyone was in there but then one of the guys I’m assuming slammed his hand or kicked the curtain super hard so like the whole thing went inside the little room and I think they saw me literally in my underwear and then they all started laughing like it was funny (all the employees) and I was literally about to have a meltdown but I managed to at least check out with the sweater and I told the cashier and she said she was going to tell management but I’m like so shaken why would they laugh at that I literally like yelped too it was not funny it was so rude not to mention unprofessional! And one the male employees was complaining about being scheduled on Saturdays like grow up!

Don’t place an online order to this location. I placed a pick up order on Cyber Monday and was told it would either be ready by that evening or the next day. I got an email 3 days later that it was cancelled. It would be one thing if they’re super busy but they’re not I stopped by and they’re super slow and the workers don’t care to assist you

Kyle Watson was amazing!! Great customer service, he went above and beyond to get me in and out. Kyle was able to locate items for me and allowed me to use the fitting room at the last minute. Thanks again Kyle!! ❤️

I went to buy a pair of pants on Friday October 4th and the cashier was a man with a very bad attitude, he left me waiting for about 5 minutes while he did nothing alone on the phone, I had to tell him to answer and he did it with a bad attitude, the pants had a discount and he wanted to charge me without the discount, I had to tell him to put the discount. He did not fold my pants and threw me the bag so that I could put it inside myself, is that the way they are going to treat their customers? How do you expect people to come back to your stores with this bad service? I hope they take action.

Not a good H&M location. I saw an item on a mannequin and none if the sales associates knew where to find the item in store nor what it even was. Tried to see if I could get the item off of the mannequin, and the manager said no. According to the manager it was the only one left in the store so it wouldn't even make sense for them to still advertise an item they didn't have in store. The store is also tint in comparison to other stores in Atlanta. The set up is always messy and, again, the store associates never know where specific items are located.

The app says we can do pick up in store. I’ve waited 7 days and no progress. I called the customer service and they called the store manager and was told they don’t offer pick up in store. So they have not cancelled my order or offer any solutions, nor contacted me for further assistance. How do you not offer pick up in store when the app says you do? Pure laziness.

Wonderful experience! Ms. C deserves her flowers. I was having an issue with pricing, applying my coupon code, and picking up in store. Transparently, many of the other employees weren’t interested in helping but she swooped in and made it make sense. I’m very grateful. This experience alone will keep me coming back. Thanks Ms. C!
