I visited the store two days ago, and unfortunately, the cashier at the checkout was very rude. I didn't catch his name, but he clearly displayed discrimination towards me.

If I could add 0 stars I would. I was looking for a longer skirt to wear for an event and saw H&M had exactly what I was looking for in their store window. I went inside and asked a young man working where I could find it and after a few minutes of searching he had no idea where it was and proceeded to ask another associate (a much older woman, with brownish hair in a high bun, tall, heavier side, tan) the location in the store. She responded with “no we don’t have anymore it’s our only one left in the window.” So the man tells me to ask her to take it off because she’s the one who does it. So I go up to her and say “Hi I am sorry to bother you I see you’re busy but I was the one who spoke to the gentlemen over there regarding the skirt in the window, I was wondering the size of the skirt?” she proceeded to say “it should be a small.” Happily I responded “oh perfect that’s my size can I please see it so I can buy it and try it on” her exact words were “Nope. not happening. I’m not about to go into that window, take it off the mannequin just for you, so forget about it.” I stood looking at her in complete shock because that was the last thing I thought she would tell me and walked away because of how rude and inconsiderate she was. I’ve worked in retail all my life, taking a skirt off a mannequin is not hard and is part of her job description as customer service. I then proceeded to another associate to ask the name of the older woman and was refused. The gentleman from earlier asked what was going on so I filled him in on what she had said to me and asked for her name and again was refused. I then asked for his businesses card and name and he refused to give it to me. I asked for the stores business card and he said that “they do not have one,” which is a blatant lie since all stores have a business card. I’ve been a frequent shopper of H&M for many years but the way I was treated that day made me disgusted with the brand as a whole, allowing this type of behavior to represent their company.

Today, I came into my local H&M, and the fitting room is once again closed. This is most often the case at this location ever since covid. Ever since, the fitting room appears to be used as a stockroom. It’s just incredibly inconvenient this time of year because most of us consumers do lots of shopping. It feels like the staff does not care about our hard earned money being spent, or the shopping experience. It would be helpful if we are made aware at the door that there is no available fitting room so that we can shop somewhere else, instead of wasting our time shopping, just to find out there is no fitting room. This is not considerate of people with different body types that shop at your stores. Most importantly the manager is negligent in staffing and maintaining the store appropriately. Who is allowing this so consistently?

Prices have really gone up here recently and the quality seems to have gone down. They skimp on the materials used, but overall still a decent value for clothing

I came to H&M with my wife and daughter and found an amazing selection of clothes 6-9 months. I was impressed by the 100 percent cotton and conscious materials available for sale. There was a lot of fashionable clothes that were on trend that make this the perfect, affordable place to find baby clothes and clothing items for parents too. Definitely recommend visiting. Bring your own bag to save 10 cents at register.

I am from Boston. I shopped at Permeter location with plenty parking, & handicap accessible. Nice, clean, organized, spacious, few sales going on, huge fashion brand collection. ?

disgusting staff. they act like I'm doing them and should leave quickly. no one does help the customer. I see their displeased faces all the time. they even made me hang clothes myself in the fitting room, although I said that I didn’t know how to do it

Always been a lover of H & M. Lots of things are sold out in store, I found out online shopping has a wider range, and more availability in terms of sizes. If you still love the old-fashioned way of browsing in store, then this is a good spot to check out. Long queues at checkout sometimes but they move fast.

I wouldn’t rate my overall experience a 1 because the store itself isn’t the problem. It’s some workers ! Literally today (6/26/2023) I went to H&M with my cousin and we went to stand in line at the fitting room.. and might I add THERE AREN'T SIGNS to point out where the line starts and ends. We didn’t notice the lady behind us and it’s understandable to move because she was there first but the employee goes “She was in line first”, we looked back and apologized because we didn’t see her.. the employee then goes angrily “The line is behind her” proceeds to say again she was ahead of us after we already apologized ! The lady behind us also stated that she knew we didn’t see her and it was a honest mistake.. she also didn’t like the way we were spoken to. The employee also made us feel like pure s*it. It wasn’t called for at all.

The older female manager with very short light colored hair was extremely rude to me while she processed a return. I was returning a 2-pack of swimsuit bottoms purchased online that were held together by a cuffed tag, so in order for me to be able to try on, the tag had to be removed. I know that H&M requires the tag to be attached to return usually, however in this case that would be impossible since the bathing suits were held together by this tag. No where on the receipt or in the product details on the website does it say it’s not returnable. I even called customer service ahead to explain, and was told by an H&M employee that they would allow it in store or online because of the situation with the tag. Anyways, this lady threw a fit. Telling me whoever I spoke with was just an associate?? Okay? They were and H&M employee so obviously I’m going to go off of what they say. The whole interaction was so inappropriate and unprofessional. Besides the point, it’s a miscommunication on H&Ms part. They should not put these types of tags on products that are returnable, because obviously for the customer to be able to try on the product the tag needs to be removed. She ended up doing the return and was extremely hostile throughout the whole process that my 4 year old even picked up on it. I’ve worked in retail and I know in situations like this, the product would be damaged out, and in no way would it affect that employee at all.

If I could pour zero stars I would, I have never experienced such a rude and disrespectful staff. From the fitting room to the cashier, the staff is absolutely terrible.

Kaya was very rude during the fitting room process. my fiancé and i had purchased clothing from H&M and was told that it was okay to change into them at the fitting room. We gathered our newly bought items and headed to the dressing room in which we encountered Kaya with the most unpleasant attitude and demeanor. We we confused as to if we were to wait in line or not instead of redirecting us Kaya rudely yelled for us to go to the back of the line in which we patiently waited. when it was time for us to come back she said i was not allowed into the fitting room in which i never had this happen to me as we’ve tried on plenty of outfits together at other stores. I obliged to her instruction and kindly waited outside for him to finish. Not sure if this is H&M’s policy or not to allow multiple people in a fitting room but it’s certainly news to me and the first time i ever experienced it.
