I came 1 morning a little before 10am and they didn't open until about 20 after. I guess they were short staff. However, once they opened the reps were pretty engaged and helped with my needs.

kiana was so kind and helpful. she helped me look exactly what i was looking for and even let me go into the fitting room 4 minutes before closing, (i didn’t realize they close at 8pm) and she still remained kind and attentive!!

There was a rude young black girl working there who was fat shaming my friend for being a size L 🙁. I love Hollister but I will definitely not be coming back because of the cashier!

This is the best clothing store I have ever been to!!! Great deals but they look expensive and are made better than everyone elses. I got badass shirts for like 7 dollars and stuff.
