I stopped by on an early Saturday morning to their gardening section. The person working was not very attentive as they stayed in their little cubby as opposed to offering help. Since I have no experience with buying plants, I could have used some guidance but found what I wanted after a while. Self-check out was straightforward and I was finished with my trip in under 15 minutes. Would come again if in need and hopefully someone would be able to help next time.

Train your customer service staff in the front properly. The young lady America needs a new attitude! How you make a mistake on a customer’s order and cost people money and time then have an attitude about your mistake???? Make it make sense?? When you make a mistake your supposed to be apologetic not have a nasty attitude. Morning shift is great. It’s that second shift that blows me every time! Every single day it’s always second shift!

Many employees but no one who comes up to ask you if you need help, I went to the painting area, there was no staff, I was stopped for about 20 minutes and no one ever came, I went to Lowe's and the difference is a lot. Then when I entered they asked me what I needed and I liked that and now I'm a new Lowe's customer.

10.10.22- Initial Dryer Order 11.4.22- Dryer was delivered 11.21.22- 10.18.23- Customer begins discussing multiple issues (with THD and LG) reported during the delivery in hopes of finding resolution. 11.4.23- LG Technician submitted a report (dryer incorrectly installed). 12.7.23- The report is provided to the customer. Conversations happen with THD and customer. The customer explains what happened with the dryer during delivery (and provides report). After THD researches, they decide that the company is unable to help as there was no charge for the dryer. Customer explains that it was not free. THD stands by the statement that the dryer was refunded and that the customer had received a free dryer. Finally, THD submits a claim with Sedgwick. 12.18.23- Customer speaks with Sedgwick adjuster. The adjuster says they are unable to provide assistance. 12.22.23- Customer sends complaint to BBB. 12.22.23- THD Executive Escalations (Cambria Gustafson) reaches out to customer and investigates. 12.26.23- THD Executive Escalations reports the same response that the store provided regarding the "free" dryer. 12.27.23- The customer refutes and offers a way for THD escalations to investigate--locate the call and trace it back to the order. 12.28.23- THD exec escalations locates the receipt and sends the customer back to Sedgwick or suggests filing a claim with AllState. 1.1.23- The customer was confused regarding the process as this issue happened as a result of the dryer being installed incorrectly. 1.2.23- THD Exec Escalations rep explains that the conversation needs to take place with Sedgwick. After several rounds of clarification, the customer contacts Sedgwick. 1.3.23- Customer speaks with Sedgwick- Claims Team Lead. 1.5.23- Sedgwick reports back to the customer and says that Sedgwick only works with damages and is unable to provide support. The customer sends a reply and includes THD Exec escalations and THD-Buckhead for alignment. 1.5.23- THD Executive Escalations responds that the 48-hr window for reporting the issue was passed and that the only thing THD could offer is a $50 courtesy credit. The customer requested to be escalated to a manager for the team. 1.8.23- THD Executive Escalations responds that there is no other recourse or higher escalation.

This place sucks. I went in there today needing help deciding between two brands of mortar mix and wanted to know which kind to use for my job. The people in the flooring department were absolutely awful. I couldn’t get anyone to help me. I waited 30+ minutes. And after speaking to multiple associates, who all said they would get someone to come help me..: nothing. I had a truly terrible experience today and I am left spending $300 on a product that I hope is right

This location needs serious improvement. And after shopping for an hour. Someone moved my cart to customer service and I spent another hour searching for it. They were out of 3 needed items on the shelf and they were up high with no one to come get them down for me. All I got was an attitude when I tried to ask someone for help. Then, when I was ready to leave, I got ignored at the Pro Desk and had to go stand in a long Customer Services line to do a phone sale (during Pro Desk hours).
