Hello, I was just asking for help to upload some material and the person in charge was a woman. She told me that it was not her duty to help upload the material. The store only sells material. It was a large order of concrete. I just wanted the Ami work trailer machine to upload it, so I had to pay for other people to help me.

Worst Home Depot in Atlanta. The item I wanted was in a cage. The prices said either $99 or $199 on the tags but they were all mixed up. I scanned the one I wanted through the cage and it came up at $135. I got the item but it scanned $150 at the register. I actively showed them the price when I scanned it with my phone and they said it's $150, take it or leave it. They wouldn't even price match their own price.

My last visit here was so positive, and I think that's been the case with my most recent visits. Everyone seemed eager to help me, and Ms. Kelly was outstanding! She waiting on the phone with another store for 5 - 7 minutes just to verify whether they had a specific grass seed I was looking for before I wasted a trip to the other store. I didn't even ask her to call, she volunteered on her own. Other associates checked on my husband and I throughout this store visit, and helped us fine products. During our renovations I spend a fair amount of time in Home Depot stores, and I've been to the Jonesboro store several times. I think this store is really improving with its level of customer service.

I went to the store today, February 17, 2025 for a refrigerator. I was helped by one employee, who was very helpful and patient. During the time he was assisting me with the refrigerator, he was called and ordered to stop so that he could get wheat straw, assist other customers and get carts. He had no assistance and there were other associates working also. Why didn’t he have the help he needed and where are the other employees? He’s the only lot associate I always see… it’s as if they only have one lot associate.

I think I know why, sometimes though I asked for help I don't get it... not only this location but others, too. But other than that I am okay, rather favors Home Depot to visit.

Such a great experience this morning. I was looking for something very specific and Kadian took the time to walk all the way from the paint department to lumber to ensure I found what I was looking for. You don't often find great service like that anymore. Thanks Kadian for all the help!

Went to the store for a return on Sunday, January 19th at 5:35 PM. One cashier at the Customer Service desk, 6 people in line and she did not call for assistance. One employee came to the desk but did not offer to help. Saw 5 other employees walking around and no one offered assistance. I was there to do a return and purchase fire wood. After 20 minutes of waiting, I left the store and did not purchase fire wood. My time should not be wasted because employees have no desire to work and would rather let money walk out the door. Businesses wonder why sales are down and doors are closing. Do better Home Depot.

Kerry Ann location is a mess when it comes to answering then phones. I've called all day now I'm pissed. Carter got gone and I think it's her turn next. I don't play about the nonprofit organization and she representing at all. Ignoring Miss Battle calls and messages therefore BBB will be called and then corporate will be contacted. Goodluck Ann. If my calls and messages not important your job isn't either. I'm a big voice fir the community. Kerry Ann need to rise up or out. Either or. That way Hime Drpot can handle their business which is a donation.

I'm impressed with the turnaround that the store with their merchandising and cleanliness. The helpfulness I received from my visit on 11/21 was great. From the associate who helped me find the nuts and bolts for my mitre saw, to Kelly who I had a great conversation with in finding the best drain declogger, to the new Customer Service manager were all very Customer Centric. This is a great improvement from where it's been in the more recent past. Thanks for making the effort to improve.

Well stocked but the staff could use a bit more awareness. I noticed several customers searching for stuff and the staff walked right past them never engaging them to try to assist. The last greeting was really nice but the one working the self check out was a bit attitudinal.
