Kinda crowded and hard to get help when needed. I find myself drawn to Lowes nowadays. They are usually more helpful and it’s easier to find parking at my local Lowes than it is at Home Depot.

I came in here the other night and the staff were useless. I had to say excuse me in order to get one of the 3 ladies attention that was standing at the customer service desk. I wanted information on how to rent a power drill. They directed me to the back to the rentals and my experience became worse. The guy in the back with the locs had me stand at the register for over 5 minutes while he finished unpacking a box. Then he couldn’t tell me anything about the drill or what was needed for the drill. I would think working in a store such as Home Depot you would have to hold some type of knowledge about the products that are being sold. I didn’t even get to use the drill because the attachments that I purchased were incorrect. I came back today and asked for a full refund and the older lady behind the register got a complete attitude. Going into this store to pick up a simple item is fine, but if you need help don’t expect much from this place.

terrible unprofessional experience with the rental department, I then call to make my complaints known and a manager never comes to the line I waited 10 minutes on hold for it just keeps recalling the store and they keep ignoring me… truly terrible experience

Literally THE WORSTE Home Depot. Every time I’m here, which is often, there’s just horrible customer service- mainly in the Pro/Lumber area.
I arrived at 5:45pm lumber entrance. Walk in to return items- the cashier at register is just staring at me, not saying anything, just stares. I say “hi”. Her response “returning?”
I came back to lumber area, grab a cart (She saw me, because we looked at each other) loaded Sheetrock, go to checkout at 6:03pm and she’s gone AND locked the exit door since they apparently close that side at 6pm. She couldn’t even wait for me to checkout AND locked the door where I parked. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS?? As a HD Pro, I avoid this location whenever I can even though it’s the closest to me.

The incompetence and laziness of some of the people at this store is astounding. Walked in to get a cabinet door, waited at the cabinet section for 20 mins after talking to multiple disgruntled employees asking for assistance with no success. Heading to Lowe’s now.

Changing my review because recently this place has started going downhill I don't know if it's management or whatever but they just become a lot more like middle men and less like an actual home improvement store.

There were plenty of employees in the store but no one was interested in providing customer service. I walked by several employees, stood in the aisle clearly looking confused yet they just walked by. One employee even spoke to a DOG, yes literally a dog on a leash but said nothing to the confused lady wandering the aisle. I finally said "excuse me" to someone and asked my question to which she replied "hello", and again "hello" until I said "hello". Which is strange since she should have been the first to say hello when I walked by her! She then said, "everything we have is on this aisle". Needless to say, I did not find all the things I needed and left very disappointed. I understand its nearing the holiday but it was literally 1pm on Monday! Disappointed and frustrated!!

Went there to pick up a truck that I reserved at 6am to have to wait until 7:15 am until I could get help. The lady that was helping was rude and abrasive didn't have a clue what she was doing and on top of all this she was on her cell phone the entire time. She didn’t even try to help me find another store that had what I was looking for or even cancel the reservation needless to say I was livid. The worst experience Ive encountered in my life.

Encountered the rudest customer service at checkout on Saturday 11/23 at 4pm named Donna. Rude, condescending to the people that are spending tons of money here. No one shopping during the holidays should have to deal with her mean ghetto attitude.

The girl from PRO are doing nothing at same time. But if are not a phone cell, we can do a regular one.
