Please be leery shopping at this location. I purchased a pick up order at 6:43 pm and never got a email notification about my order. I called them at 10:25pm only to be told my items are not instock. The customer service agent I spoke to was rude and when I asked to speak to a manager I was disconnected from the line. I called back again and spoke with someone new who assisted me to a manager only to find out the manager was just as rude as the employee. The manager I spoke with name was Tamela or Pamela. THEY CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.

I have had good experiences with this home depot. Occasionally, it seems like there are no employees anywhere. But mostly I can find someone to help me. I specifically want to shout out Romario and Olivia at the door department. Olivia helped me initially and Romario has helped me every time since. He helped walk me through the process since I was not familiar with what I would need. Next up is to pick up the door and get it installed. Overall, I've had good experiences here.

What was the person/peoples thought process in organizing this store? Maybe one of the most disorganized Homedepots I have ever seen. NOTHING makes sense with the new layout. Plumbing/Electrical layout is an absolute nightmare. Most common items are often on bottom shelf or sold out. I have started to take my business elsewhere. For as many corporate employees this company has you would think they would do a better job. Consider replacing some of your corporate employees with floor employees and people with actual experience. Ridiculous!!

I had a good and bad experience yesterday. Went to this location to buy a heater the website showed 9 being in stock. I found the heater section, but the one I wanted was not there. I stopped 2 employees walking by and asked is there another location for heaters. They both said this is all we have. I was not satisfied with that answer. I waited until 2 more employees walked by and asked for the specific heater that was showing 9 in stock. They both pulled out their devices and asked for the sku#. They found the heater in another location on a top shelf (out of reach for customers), still in the shipping boxes, so only sku number was visible. I thank the employee and ended up buying 2 items giving them over $219 in sales, simply because 1 employee took the time to check on my request. I was very disappointed in the first 2 employees not will to take 30 seconds to look into my request. This is why the 3 star rating. I'm sure it was an oversight on the store to not have all the heaters out on display during cold season.

They need to confirm with the manufacturer that items are available for accurate delivery dates. Ordered blinds at the end of Sept, originally given 10-23 est delivery date. Its now 12/12 and my order is now est to arrive on 1-11-24!!! Beware and shop elsewhere.

This is the most ghetto store ever. They close when they get good and ready. The website says open until 8pm on Sunday. Well it's 7:30pm and they are closed. Why? A holiday party. Really?!? Lowe's it is from here on out. Awful. I hope corporate reads this.

I was assisted by Couiza today and had a great experience. She went out of her way to help me find a specific screw that I needed for my TV mount. Couiza was patient & did not rush me. She looked through multiple bins to help me find the specific screw that I was looking for. Her words were that she did not want me to have to go to another store to find it if they had it there. She was knowledge, friendly & a pleasure to work with. Couiza truly made my trip to this store worth it!

Went to buy a Christmas tree today, and there was no manager or employee in sight. we waited for 20 minutes outside for assistance, went inside to look for a manager as well as asking other workers for assistance and we were completely ignored. thankfully the vendor of the Christmas trees helped us out. Many other customers were facing the same issue as us and apparently this isn’t the first time this has happened..
