The service here is really bad. Last week I went to find some screws to repair my son's chair. Because I was in a hurry, I asked the staff there to help me find it, but he had no patience at all. He dealt with it casually, found me a few screws and walked away. I tried it and nothing felt right at all. terrible! Later I went to ACE and the service there was very good. As soon as I entered, someone asked me: "Need any help?" I explained my purpose and he (forgot the name) immediately helped me assemble the screws, assembled them, and wrote down the price. Just ask me to pay. It takes about 8 minutes. Today I came to this store again to buy some concrete tiles, but when I got home I found that they charged me the wrong amount. I purchased the 6x8x16 for 1.98/ea but they charged me 2.31/ea for the 8x8x16. What I want to say is that the quality of the staff there is terrible. I hope their company can cultivate more excellent employees who can help customers promptly and accurately!

The staff here needs more customer service training.I ordered a replacement window online for store pickup and received notification that night my order was ready. Even though I arrived at 9 AM when the store opened and checked in for curbside service, the staff was so slow I had to come inside to check on the order. When I came inside three employees were busy speaking with each other, hence they didn’t see me check in and left me waiting for 10 minutes.They finally loaded my order but when I arrived at the job site I learned they had fulfilled my order with the incorrect item.I tried returning it to a different store that was more convenient at the time. The item wasn’t accepted because of the error so I had to drive all the way back to Tilly Mill.I often have bad experiences at this location but use because it is the closest to me. I decided to speak to a manager about my constant issues at this location. She was helpful and lovely and I hope she is able to make improvements to this store.Because of my interaction with her, I’m changing my review from a 1 to a 3.

Company has gone downhill and customsr service is non existant. Bought lumber in mid january to fix fence, can find receipt when teying to retyrb about 150 in excess. They denied return including store credit. Spend on average 45 to 50k in my contracting business here on average per year. Going 100% lowes or ace moving forward.

Horrible customer service. I needed help getting a 25ft board down so I could walk it to the cutting station and cut it down myself. I asked an employee in an orange apron for help, they told me to find someone in lumber. I go over to lumber and ask a gentleman in a black apron who was just standing there but he ‘only helps pros’. He paged for an orange apron and I stood there waiting. After 5 minutes of no one coming I walked over and pulled it down myself (so glad I didn’t take the entire aisle down with me). I walked it over to the cutting station where two older men in black aprons sitting on computers turned around and just WATCHED smirking as I struggled to cut it down. I take pride in learning how to care for my home, use power tools, etc. Why couldn’t one of them come over and offer to help teach me how to use a hand saw? I would have been endlessly grateful. I hope they enjoyed the free show!

Unbelievably terrible experience working with this store. Released $1,000+ worth of my merchandise to a stranger and canceled $2,000 of materials placed with no communication whatsoever. I had to call every day and never received a resolution. This experience has cost me 7 full days of paid labor and running around the city of atlanta for nothing. Contractors- do not trust this location with high volume purchasing, especially on behalf of important clients.

I purchased a water heater back in april 21/23 And the water heater went out contacted. Rheem to take it back to the store The heater had a six year WarrantyTry to take it back to the store. They only wanted to credit me $600.This is the first time that I've had this problem. Returning to water heater normally, is it even exchange or if the price of the water heater has wind up? We paid a difference never, ever did. They try to only refund me half the amount of the water heater so I would appreciate if someone could contact me because I had to purchase a new water heater Because they couldn't get in contact with rheem Now, the purpose of the water heater's warranty is that it covers the warrant water heater that if something should happen within the six year time of the warranty that the The heater is covered for repair or replacement. And I've been dealing with home depot for a long time. And this is the first time I had this problem. So I appreciate if someone will contact me so we can get. It to thecause when I buy purchase a water heater from a I'll plumbing distributor I'll take the water heater in there and they just swap it out

I feel like customer service is racial profiling the delivery drivers ( .... On the order from the app and OTHER home Depot store we're not required to have our ID )... If your rules change please enter it into the order app... Otherwise it makes your staff look like they are racial profiling!!!!!!!! ?
