I would like to give a review to a fine gentleman name, Isaac Peralta he was so courteous and so friendly, so professional, and helped me throughout the store. He was very helpful even when helping me a customer came up, and he paused, excused himself from me, then told the customer to wait if he could for a moment he would get to him and then he looked at me and I told him no go ahead help him. I’m here I have more time and courteously told me I will distress what he needs or send to the department and I’ll get right back to you as we were standing there he turned around Question and then came back to me, and it was done so professionally Surprised he is management material. He was very professional very fast very courteous very knowledgeable. I know he works at the store at 1034 His manager is Ron in the lumber department he works in department 21 and 22 of the store number 1034I hope you acknowledge him because he’s an asset to your facilities. Thank you so much for such a beautiful experience I know sometimes staff is very busy and they can’t attend you so sometimes you’re ignored but right away he came to me when when I asked for help and he was there, and he paid attention to me, so thank you so much. I often go there to that location and now I will go more and I will see him Thank you so much

I purchased a furnace and central air unit through home depot, the company, ARS, who installed the unit never converted the furnace from natural gas to propane so last November when it came time to use furnace my wife noticed furnace wasn't running right, when I got home from work u looked and we had black soot in unit, called ARS and confirmed no conversion took place, they just cleaned unit and converted it, didn't care that house could've burnt down or killed us from carbon monoxide poisoning, another thing about ARS is they guarantee 24 hrs fix or get $555 from them, took 3 days to fix, no check, another lie, we made them install a new furnace, which they did, I'm just mad because we burn alot of propane, and at $7.99 a gallon it wasn't cheap, they never reached out to us during this issue, we always had to contact them about scheduling services, I figured a company that screwed up and could've caused a lot if damage to property and life should've been a lot more helpful, so I will never recommend ARS or home depot for any home products

Bought some flooring in November from the South Pleasantburg store. Paid 2,274.84 . Then a week later had to go back to the store and pay for something else. Then we was told that they didn’t take up old padding from where carpet was put down. Had to pay 1,400 dollars to someone else to take up the old padding and put down gluon. They were supposed to be here at 8 am this morning to put the flooring down and they are still not here 9:47 am. I will never buy from Home Depot again. Grays Installation was awesome they came this morning and took up the toilet and came back and put it back in for us.

EDIT: Just an update to the below, it gets WORSE, the SMALLest capacity for the item i was looking for is gone, but if you go for the other line by Husky, the LARGEst capacity is gone, they don't even offer a single complete lineup!!!Dealing with Home Depot and its Husky in-house brand is so mentally draining.Called to ask a simple question if a product was discontinued, could not get a straight answer. Was told there is no-one who could answer the simple question regarding something being discontinued. Then to add to the annoyance, I got LIED to about it showing up on the website. For reference, the item shows on the website, but has been out of stock for a good 2+ months since I started looking. On top of that I work in IT so I know how to use a website to search for an item vs using google to find an expired unlisted item, it shows up 4 different ways on the website (manual navigation, searching for husky, searching for any of the 3 numbers internet#/model#/storesku, and finally, clicking on a different size then selecting the smaller one from the list on the page)Whoever does support management needs to do some coaching and training, tired of arguing with someone when I am literally on the website pulling up the product but because they can't pull it up I must be doing sorcery and am incorrect.

I have been displaced from my home due to plumbing problems since May 26, 2023. In January I purchased a 33" refrigerator and the workers in my home accepted it. A month later when the plumber was the dishwasher and frig, he noticed that it was a 36" frig and not a 33". I have tried to exchange the frig for the correct one but have had no success. I have called the corporate office but they will not exchange the refrigerator. Now I'm stuck with a 36" Black stainless Kitchen Aid refrigerator that is too big for my kithen. I have lived in my home for 30 years and would have never ordered a 36" frig. Sure I would love a large refrigerator but I have a small home. I refrigerator is beautiful but I can utilize it in my home.

Be careful with your online orders.I ordered 6 lamps. They were «available», I paid for them and wait for the delivery date. Well 5 days later the status was “being processed” so I called the store. They said because the bad weather they didn’t have any delivery. 4 days later I checked again via text messages, the same thing; order being processed. The person made me a little discount. 3 days after that. Same thing. But this time they told me was a 3rd party seller. They send a message asking for my order. They said that!!!10 days after my date for delivery I called customer service, well this person told me the seller doesn’t have ANY lamp available. No information about future shipments. So I can still waiting for them or cancel my order.Well thanks to that I lost a job. The person can’t wait that long for some lamps.Again be careful. Check if your items are in the HD warehouse or they are for a 3rd party sellers.Maybe you have to wait more than the time you expected.

Durango Home Depot has the best workers from cashiers, professional advisors, to customer service. They go out of their way to help guide you and make your experience there easier. Bless each of those workers for making my day.

The Home Depot at 4900 Old Pike Road in Gladstone,Mo.has a person shutting down the 4 self checkouts to have 2 people running registers at another end of the store, the 2 registers are backed up with people, and people are walking out the doors,I myself had a thousand dollar order of garbage disposals in my cart the other day and i walked out the door without a purchase and went to Lowes to purchase them, there's no reason to close 4 self checkouts to run 1 register, and this has occurred on more than one occasion,I will not return to this Home Depot.

My appliance was delivered damaged. The delivery company was notified of the damage the day of via phone. I was told to call the hot line that was whirlpool. It was past the 48 hours since it was the weekend. Whirlpool responded and now its out of the 48-hour window. We have been passed around from Delivery company to Whirlpool to Home Depot. One company blames the other and the delivery company says it was not them. Home Depot managers say its whirlpool we will contact them. Hours on the phone and one month later no resolution. We have called and used the texted hotline. We purchased the extended warranty and Whirlpool first response was for me to go get service myself and they would reimburse me. Never use home depot on line, worst customer service ever. They intentionally pass you from company that company. Don’t buy from them.Edit one month and half latter a technician came out damaged beyond repair. I’m getting a refund. Don’t buy from Home Depot on line ever!!!
