Customer service has 9 stations and 1 attendant. Today, last week, last month....always!. Poor management, calling manager extension leads to endless rings. Hung up after 5 minutes!

This review is for corporate policy. I will NEVER shop at home depot again after I get my money back. I mad a purchase with a depleted Visa gift card that I trashed. A week later I attempted to return items that weren't used with receipt in hand. I was told without the original card I could only get store credit (HD gift card) that I don't want or need. Store cashiers/mgt have no other options. Corporate insisted that us policy and nothing more could be done. This is not stipulated on the receipt or posted as store policy. If it had been I would have kept the card in case of returns. I need an atty to get my $35 back! Shame in you HD. I'm done shopping there.

Customer service is terrible as usual but it has gotten worse home depot has to shape up everything on last for ever when you give poor customer service maybe if they pay the employees more maybe they do a better job the morale must be like crappie

Never again will I go back to this Home Depot! This review has everything to do with NANCY BILLINGS Flooring Specialist. My wife and I went there to buy a refrigerator and washer and dryer. We approached NANCY and another unnamed worker (didn't get his name or I would have put him on blast too) and tried to inquire about services because there was no one in appliances. NANCY walked off to help a customer she was previously helping and the other guy walked off before her without even asking us if we need help. NANCY came back while talking on her cell phone and asked us what we needed and we told her we were there to purchase. She told us to hold on while she got on the phone to call another customer. NANCY stayed on the phone for 15 minutes then she got up and went to the back without telling us sorry and she will be right back. She proceeded to be in the back for another 15 minutes, then came back out and left while still talking on her cell phone and did not say anything to us. There were several workers who were there who passed us and did not ask us if we needed help. There was another lady with short blonde hair who was very helpful after we were there for 1hr 7minutes of non-service. Asst Manager Warren was finally called and he helped us; however, it should have never made it to that point. Maybe NANCY BILLINGS horrible a** blonde wig was effecting her customer service skills! But she can go to hell in gasoline underwear on!!!!

Would not grant any leniency on appliance return, even during COVID-19 pandemic. A lot of "nothing I can do" and blaming the delivery company. I took responsibility for my part and I am just stunned they would not even meet me part way. I am literally stuck with a refrigerator. Just be sure you know exactly what you're getting, don't sign for delivery until it is 100% in place, and ideally, get it at Lowe's rather than here. These people do not look out for the customer. Just cancelled my Home Depot charge card too. I'll take my business somewhere local where it's valued.

My rating is actually -5. DO NOT SHOP at HomeDepot. They stole money from me. They over charged me $2.5K on my bank cards on 3/18/20 and refuse to return my $$$. In total, Home Depot debited my accounts (credit union debit card once and bank debit card twice) $4,115.77 in which my purchase should have only been $1,662.37. I've spoken w/ store mgmt and the corporate office. All to no avail. I've provided them with my bank statements showing that the funds were taken out of my account and they refuse to acknowledge, communicate, or return my $$$. Taking my future business to Lowes, Cofer Brothers, Randall Brothers, etc. Do Not Shop at Home Depot.

I normally love thisHome Depot but after getting excellent customer service from April T. over in the Tool Room, I love it even more. She took the time to help me troubleshoot my issue and showed me the tools I needed all while she was officially off the clock. She was really friendly, extremely informed, and very patient. Much appreciated.

never will do business here again. our stove was installed improperly and sparked and we had a certified electrician come to check and were informed it was due to incompetence it was installed improperly .. called to talk to manager and was told there was nothing they can do?! it could have burnt down house! And now we have no way to cook during this covid- 19 isolation-- at The Home Depot (1032 Research Center Atlanta Drive SW, Atlanta).

Horrible horrible horrible customer service!!!! So, I've been to this location (3) times in the last 3 days while working on a project near by. I have never been asked if I needed help, in fact I had to ask for assistance multiple times during one visit. Seriously the call for assistance was broadcasted over the loud speaker a few times while every worker I encountered looked at me as if I was crazy wanting someone to perform a service they are getting paid to do. The most helpful person was a young guy that doesn't technically work directly for this store. Finally I got another employee to help, Although he was reluctant. If this store wasn't so close to the home I'm working on I would never step foot in here.
