I booked a virtual appointment with another HR Block location only to have that appointment canceled and rescheduled as a phone call with a tax pro at this location. I never received a phone call during the rescheduled appointment and when I called this location to to find out why I wasn't contacted as scheduled, my call was redirected to corporate where I was asked to schedule yet another appointment with another tax pro.Update 3/11/24: I was finally connected with a tax professional however communication with this person in completing my taxes hasn’t been ideal. I’ve had to reach out 2-3 times with the same question before I receive a response

This was and still is an awful experience… do not use this company. First, they lost all of my documentation that should have been scanned and returned. Then, they proceeded to not file my taxes. Now I am facing late fees and they have not responded to me on paying those fees. Their manager has not been responsive and this has been a complete nightmare. Not to mention they still have not found my multiple documents so my personal info is just floating who knows where. If you want to sleep well at night DO NOT use this company.
