If I could I would give them no stars. They filed my sister's 2022 return and it was rejected and no one bothered to let her know. They kept giving her the run around and even telling her to go to the IRS to find out what was going on. She went to the IRS and they said they had NO information.

I had the worst experience with my "tax specialist " He made fun of my name countless times. When he saw my W2's he laughed and said that I had no hope and he kept making fun of me because of all the money I was going to owe. He made racist comments towards me, like: "Are you ready to go back to Mexico now?". He decided to scare me by saying that I was going to have to pay several thousands more than what I actually ended up owing. That froze my mind and I couldn't react to all these things he was saying and doing. He ordered me to stand up and go get the documents he was printing several times, did not ask, just gave me orders as if I was working for him. He ended up charging me double the amount of what I was expecting to pay according to their price list, and when I asked "why?" He ignored my question and just walked me to the cashier. I hope I never have to see this person again in my life, this has really been a traumatic experience because I felt discriminated against and degraded . H&R Block: You need to do a better job at training your staff members, this person had a badge that said "19 years of experience". I can't imagine how many people he has made feel the way I did that day. With his offensive jokes, lack of empathy for people in distress, and superiority complex, he literally made me feel hopeless (like he said) and crushed. Also no concerns toward Covid19 were taken at all on his part.

I didn't like their policy on protecting return customers from anyone using their Info to file their taxes without verifying with the actual client before processing without their permission.
