I called and booked an appointment only to arrived. When I arrived I was told the preparer has been double booked.. she estimated the wait for 2 1/2 hours but she's unsure if I she could get to me so she called in help. That preparer was very knowledgeable. I looked at my information only the following day and it states taxes were in progress. I called to see if there was something additional needed. The same person that double booked the appointment answered the phone. She is not knowledgeable enough to answer the phones.

My experience was fabulous the young lady that did my taxes was extremely businesslike courteous and considerate the receptionist was extremely considerate kind an understanding and friendly but especially business line I enjoy going there to have my taxes done and today I received my stimulus money on my Emerald Card March 3rd 2021 stay safe God bless
