CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER PURCHASE IS THE WORST!! I would think twice before buying expensive furniture from them. Its been 2 weeks since I called about a defective hinge on a cabinet and just got a message the hinge I need was shipped. Checked the part number they sent 16 of who knows what it is and it's not the correct part at all and why didn't' they even look at the pictures I sent to see what I needed!! I will never buy anything from Ikea again. After service is the most important part of customer satisfaction and believe me, they will be getting a piece of my mind and I will be returning this $500.00 piece of junk I bought.

@ikeausa I just had thee most horrible customer service experience with one of your telephone customer service Reps by the name of Isabella or Isabelle. I waited over 20 minutes on the phone to get a representative. I called because Article Number 595.229.36 does not have the actual measurements of the display case with width, height and depth. It only displays measurements for the box. I called to ask if someone could give me those measurements. The rep ISABELLE OR ISABELLA (She refused to correctly repeat her name) refused to call or connect me with someone at the nearest store to me...which by the way is over an hour drive away....when I asked if she could get some to find out those measurements I was told to go to the store and measure the display case myself ...I explained about the distance of the store from me and I was going to order it online. She placed me on hold and came back and said, "Yeah...you're going to have to go to the store and measure it yourself." I explained to her that I spoke with a really nice rep the day before by the name of Tina...and she was able to reach the store for me...unfortunately our call was disconnected as I was driving...so I called back today to get those measurements. I asked to speak with a supervisor and Isabella or Isabelle blatantly told me that a Supervisor would tell me the same thing...to go and measure for myself ....I then again asked for a sup...was put on hold and then she returned back with a very snarky attitude and tone and said the sup said the same thing she said to me and that they REFUSED to take the call...I truly will NOT SHOP with your company anymore because of this experience...that rep and that supervisor needs some serious training on "SOFT SKILLS" when it comes to customer service. When I asked her for her name again she refused to give it to me...I would def like to file a formal complaint about this experience....please feel free to contact me directly through DM....I'm appauled at the horrible service I was given...your company should be ashamed of yourselves for employing such RUDE people in your customer service dept.

I went to this IKEA just to walk around and maybe grab a smoothie on my way out. Unfortunately there was no smoothie so I decided to grab something else instead. I do not eat beef so I was pleasantly surprised they had a veggie dog option available for only 71 cents including tax! I ordered from a kiosk so it was fairly easy and only waited a short amount of time before receiving my order from a efficient worker. I appreciated that I did not have to wait in line with a bunch of other people to order and there was plenty of space to spread out. The veggie dog was pretty good and it was definitely worth only 71 cents. I would likely visit again!

Each visit (about 8 in the last year and a half) this store goes down hill.Recovering from Covid related disruptions in stock and staff was understandable, but food items are very hit or miss now- especially the cream sauce mix. Additionally, they've put in self-serve checkouts, and the other 10 registers are almost always closed, so you have inexperienced customers trying to scan all their various items with 3 staff standing there making sure you get every item. ? Long, slow lines.

When my wife and I came in this weekend to purchase items that were marked down on the showroom floor but not in the cashier's system, we were afraid that we were in for a headache and an unpleasant experience. We could not have been more wrong. Brittany, the Customer Service manager on duty at the time, took us aside, explained every step of what she needed to do, and then proceeded to take care of us expertly and efficiently. Her knowledge, her commitment to making sure we were happy customers and, most importantly, her 100 watt smile, made her a shining example of what customer service can be. She is a first-class ambassador for Ikea.

This store has great looking but cheaply made furnishings. If you are even minimally handy, you can turn your frugal purchase into a great looking household item.The big detractors to shopping here are trying to find your item & the lines.The lines have become less painful to endure with the addition of self-service check out. As such I do not dread my next trip to the store.

They have most everything for your home. But, they lead to see everything they gave (via closed walkways thru each section) to get out!! Be sure to consider how far you can walk before to go too far from where you came!

Always a pleasure to shop at IKEA. Great parking, great restaurant, great Scandinavian decor, housewares and furnishings. Store is well designed so you meander through the different area. Don’t get caught up with the Swedish product names, large items are picked up at the end in a warehouse area. Help is all around. We had lunch in the cafeteria restaurant and had the signature meatball lunch… very good. I’m not sure what day it was but I believe the entree were 1/2 price.

the prices on the floor are not what is in the register. especially in the kitchen section. do yourself a favor take a picture of the tag on your item. may save you a lot of time. ours was a $10 difference.
