Stopped in to buy a few things at 7am and radio blaring so load couldn’t hear anything. I turned it down and while trying to check out the clerk stopped helping me to turn it back up. Completely ignoring me or the offensively load music. Walked out rather then buy $200 in items with so little respect for customers.

The people that work the stores are great. Their policy is bad. They could be making so much more money if they price matched. I have never bought a single thing there. The store looks good but right now they have apple AirPods Max, which are available everywhere in abundance, $150 more than I can buy them from Apple. It’s absolutely wild. The corporate leadership are bad, store employees are great.

Be careful of this store in the center concourse between North/South baggage claim at Hartsfield Jackson. They sold me Bose Soundsport Free for $199.99 and I found out they were used (not brand new). When I paired them with my phone, they connected as "Mr. X********'s Headphones". I returned them for a full refund and bought them brand new from Best Buy instead.

Service Excellence from Fushia. My iPhone screen went black while on a conference call and right before I was going to jump on a plane. I tried several things to try to fix it before heading to their store for assistance. Fushia fixed it, explained probably what happened and how to reset in the future. Although I didn't purchase from their store - she was helpful and patient. Would shop here in the future.

This is the place to go for your electronics needs if you are traveling and have forgotten something. Earbuds, cases, chargers, etc there is a good chance they will have what you're looking for if you stop by here. Staff is friendly and helpful to hear what you are looking for and make suggestions. With all the electronics out there though it may not be a perfect match for what you are looking for. They do the best they can with a small space and should be commended for that. Not the best price in town, but quality selection and great staff make this place worth stopping by, especially if you are needing something your forgot to bring for your flight.

Great customer service from Jatory. I went to the store at Concourse D because my computer had something stuck in the charger port. Jatory answered when I called to tell him my issue and he wasn't sure he could help but told to come by and he would take a look. He was gracious and helpful and I successfully got the item dislodged with his support and encouragement.

The gentleman who helped me with my selfie stick? Awesome!!! He's got nice personality! We had a fun conversation about his side of the town and my side of the town and soccer--while he was showing different options or better buy. He was sincere and just a good energy he was. Gosh, I'm a fan!

We had a bit of time to kill before our international flight so we stopped into InMotion. My husband had recently bought a laptop and didn't have a case to protect his new purchase. The employees at the store were friendly and happy to help us try and find the right case. After removing the packaging from multiple cases and trying to fit the computer in we learned they really didn't have a case that was the right size. Even though we didn't end up leaving with a case I appreciate how friendly the employees were in trying to help us find what we needed. They were helpful, but not pushy, and understand when they didn't have the right fit. If you are headed away and realize you forgot something electronic, this is a great store to stop in to!
