Rude, disrespectful, and outright mean. Entire staff had headphones on the entire time and was annoyed when I asked if SD cards worth available. Lazy people.

What a terrible experience….. I bought AirPods at InMotion Airport Atlanta (I can attach the invoice) then went back home and discovered these AirPods were second hands one …… the box was already opened, the AirPods already had a name when I tried to connect them at my phone, etc.. how can a company like this sell second hands AirPods ?! Customer service was soo bad I couldn’t get anyone on the phone or by mail to ship them back and get new ones… I hope Apple won’t allow them to sell their products anymore

Be careful of this store in the center concourse between North/South baggage claim at Hartsfield Jackson. They sold me Bose Soundsport Free for $199.99 and I found out they were used (not brand new). When I paired them with my phone, they connected as "Mr. X********'s Headphones". I returned them for a full refund and bought them brand new from Best Buy instead.

The worst sales associate I've ever come across. Not only was she rude to me, but to two additional customers as well. One gentleman came in looking at headphones and she proclaimed "if you're looking at headphones you are looking at the wrong ones, I have tried all the headphones in this store including the crappy AirPods and mine are the best." Well, what if that gentleman had wanted to purchase AirPods for himself or as a last minute gift for someone? Whether you like Apple or not, this is beyond unacceptable for a sales associate to speak to customers this way.

Very poor service (location Concourse E | Across from Gate E12. Sept 12th 2017 520pm) Sales associate (male ) had me find product while he stood behind kiosk doing absolutely nothing but texting on his phone.
