I received a delivery and my sandwich was horrible. I ordered an hot pastrami on sourdough bread. Bread was hard and meat was cold. Nothing else was on the sandwich; when I called the store Stephanie was very rude to me and blamed me for order being incorrect. The was attempt made to correct the issue. I will also be contacting corporate. When I was told to that I had to select my own toppings; mind you I ordered a hot pastrami. Make it make sense.

I went to jason’s deli yesterday around 7 am dine in and I would like to recognize the staff and how clean it was in there. I ask to speak with the manager I can’t remember her name but she was very nice and she also brought my food to the table. I will be back.

I visited this lication around 8:30 pm. I paid for the salad bar. All the lettuce was brown. Half of the vegetables needed to be filled or changed. I asked if they could refill the pasta. I was told there was no more pasta by 2 female workers. 5 min later I asked the male employee, he refilled it.I went home and ate my food, about 3 hours later I vomited all the food back up.I will never "ever" eat there "ever" again.I saw a review detailing how employees handle food. So, me getting sick makes sense.

This was in Atlanta. The salad bar was a bit scanty; not a lot of options to put on the salad like other locations (in Texas) and there were no boiled eggs . Was still a good experience overall, nonetheless.

Honestly, I like this location. The workers, although they seem tired and overworked at times, they're ok and don't have REAL NASTY attitude like some other locations. They do seem tired and just drained but I've had MUCH WORSE experience at other Jason's locations, so....The one thing that I really don't like at this location is there's always a worker at the salad bar that always appears to be cleaning (which they do), but I also feel like they're there to micromanage the salad bar. With all due respect, we're not children and to feel like we're being watched while we're making our salad is really just very 'intrusive'. I don't like to feel like I'm being watched as I make my food. It sends a 'silent message' to customers that Jason's Deli doesn't trust its' customers. We're not elementary school children that need a teacher standing over us to manage our portions. We're adults. We know how to do this.At upwards of $15 for sandwich and salad, NO ONE should be WATCHING us as we make our food and trying to silently intimidate us as we make it. We're not children. We're ADULTS. We're making our salad the way we want it and getting the appropriate toppings that we need to enjoy OUR custom made salad. It's one of those things that's going to make me go elsewhere. My money is PAYING these workers who feel the need to WATCH is as we make our salad.I love the food. Hate the micro-managing at the salad bar by the workers.

Service was good. It was very cold and even the workers said that they had to wear sweaters to work cause according to them it “gets worse”(colder). I ordered chicken Alfredo with a drink and strawberry shortcake for dessert. Food was nice and hot but barely any seasoning. Strawberry shortcake was ehh just okay. Tasted like sweet bread with strawberries and whipped cream. Probably won’t eat there again but a decent place with nice people.

Awful service. The manager was talking down and cussing her employees. I sat near the salads and facing the station where they make the food. I watched one of the food handlers play with his cell phone, then prop it up as a speaker (music now). He propped it in a shelf with bread. He then wrangled with his pants and belt ALL WHILE WEARING GLOVES! The same gloves he did all that with were the same gloves he handled food with. Awful.

I must say…this has got to be the nastiest JD that I’ve ever been to. Don’t look liked they clean as they go..,the condiments area was disgusting…I mean just nasty….Very disappointing and I will never be back to this one…
