Phone calls - no answers and messages ignored. They did NOT cancel the item as I asked many times leaving messages because their phone is never picked up. I even left the Order ID. Now I have no clue where it is and no one is helping. Going to report this to the BBB and dispute with the bank.

Santa brought my daughter a lounger for Christmas. Mom and dad were jealous so we bought a 6 ft round bag for our room. we love both so much!

I’ve spent so much money with this company but not anymore. Just awful customer service. Especially Samantha. Refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes, which they’ve made quite a few in the last few weeks.
