I placed an app order for pickup at this location yesterday and within 5 minutes they called to tell me they don’t have gluten free bread. So they can’t make 1/2 of my order, ok no problem. I’m use to this, as most places don’t heavily stock GF items, and it’s always a risk eating out. First, the staff member asks me if I want another bread, which clues me into - they didn’t even read my order notes which I state “This is a gluten allergy”. I was told to add this to my notes the first few times I ordered from a JM. I was told this alerts the staff to change gloves and use precautions with contamination to the best of their ability. We know nothing is perfectly GF…. So I asked for a refund and they said okay. No worries. I go to pickup the 2nd order (20 minutes before they close) and all the doors are locked and the staff is cleaning up. They all see me at the door, but don’t try to open it until I tried the 2nd door and started knocking repeatedly. They closed 20 minutes early and wanted to act like I wasn’t standing there. They even turned their back. When I go to get my food, there’s two sandwiches. This confused me, so I confirmed multiple times my sandwich is on gluten free bread, after I was just told they didn’t have it. Yay, I was excited, but every single one of the staff members had a huge attitude. Even when I was asking clarifying questions (because I don’t want to get sick) they acted like they didn’t want to help.When I told them my name for the pickup order too, they acted as if I hadn’t ordered until the staff member who called me remembered the name and found my food. After I left, I went home to eat my sandwich and they’ve added ingredients onto the sandwich I didn’t request, including cheese, which I am also allergic. I understand mistakes happen, but when I tried to call this morning and get a refund on my sandwich I couldn’t eat - not a single employee picks up the phone. I tried multiple times across a few hours. When it was eventually picked up, nobody was on the other line and it sounded as if it was just set on the counter.The service is non-existent. While we take risks eating outside of our own homes with allergies, if a company offers precautions for allergies - the staff should be trained about these things and not treat us like we just peed in their kool aid.

I went to go get a sub and a soda. The staff made me feel like I was wrong for being hungry and made me wait when there were numerous staff members there (3). The other two customers were already situated. The girl who should have customer serviced me just stood there taking her precious time. When I ask the girl on the grill (manager) to ring me up for a soda she said "I'm on the grill". What kind of manager does that??? You're supposed to lead and take care of the customer regardless. First I couldn't buy my food then they gave me a hard time purchasing a drink. Then the cashier said "oh ! I could have got that for you" and I'm like "no. You could have got my order when I said I was hungry". Two black girls and a gentleman was coming in. Nevertheless. PLEASE BRING BACK THAT WHITE BOY WHO WAS MANAGING. HE FITS YALL BRAND WAAAY BETTER THAN THE BLACK GIRLS WGO HAVE NO SENSE OF URGENCY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!WHO HIRED THEM GEESH

Horrific customer service. Tried to pick up a carry out order and they said “oh someone must have stolen it, that’s not our fault. We can’t make you a new one per our manager’s order.” The entire store full of customers was like “wait what? Make the girl a sandwich” and the employees just shook their heads. If they can’t protect the orders awaiting pickup, that’s on THEM, not me!

11/24- 12pmI come to this location all the time and usually everyone is very kind! However today the very tall older Caucasian woman was extremely rude. No warm greeting, no have a nice day! I was the first person in the store waiting on an order, I patiently waited as nothing was ready and makes the next customers food and sends him on his why while she stared at me with a cold stare! She finally hands me my food while shoving the bag in my face. I just walked away because this woman is not worth me getting into an argument! The other staff was very polite! What did I do to deserve this treatment! I won’t be back as long as she’s there! Horrible customer service!

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Why offer curbside pickup when there is no designated area? Came inside to not even be acknowledged with a simple hello, or we will be with you nothing. Won't be back here. Please invest in some service training.

Great service and surprisingly fresh ingredients. Last week was my first time eating at a Jersey Mike’s. I was pleasantly surprised with both the service and the quality of the food. We are returning today for more! Highly recommend.

I am new to the area and a big Jersey Mikes fan! I’be now order my 2 top orders from this location and they were not good! I’ve been eating the chipotle chicken cheesesteak for many years and have never had it made the way it was made today. The sandwich taste like it was made on a dirty grill. Both orders were delivery so I can’t rate the customer service. I just won’t be ordering from this location again. They even gave me a soda where the can was busted

November 1, 2023, Tuesday for my lunch break at work I decided to ordered food on UBEREATS. It shouldn’t make a difference if I order through a food delivery service or go in the store. NO ONE should have to eat a SOGGY sub sandwich. I am making this complaint for negligence on Jersey Mike’s behalf for poor food quality and UberEats for poor customer service after sending a picture of my food. Sooo… duệ to not receiving a credit to order something else…SMH. I had to try to eat around the bread ? and eat the sandwich in it’s nasty ? state. I hadn’t ate ALL day and I was looking forward to my food. I usually love Jersey Mike’s. Maybe it was just a terrible pick of a location situation. ??♀️

Dude, I ordered online. Went to the store to pick it up at my scheduled time. Tell me I didn’t wait 40 min for them to get me my sub. Yup. Then I get home and the order was wrong. They suck.

I went to Jersey Mike’s on Caroline Street. I was the only customer in the store and still my order was wrong. None of the workers pay attention to you. It would’ve been so bad if there were more people watering I don’t know why they don’t pay attention to their customers.

Horrible service. Ordered online and it took an additional 30 minutes past when it was stated it was ready online. We waited 30 minutes in store and watched them make every single other person in lines sandwich before mine (which was ordered over an hour earlier). They then told us they ran out of bread and we had to wait, yet they continued to serve customers in line and take their orders and make their sandwiches. This is not the Jersey mikes service I am used to. They seriously need undercover boss to come in here and straighten things up.
