I walked into this location for an oil change on a Sunday morning at 9:57 AM before a 10:00 AM opening. I could tell that the waiting area was not yet fully open for business but the door was unlocked and it was cold outside so I walked in and sat down. A minute later an individual who later identified themselves to me as the store manager came in and berated me for entering the waiting area before store opening. I apologized and explained that I did so because the door was open and it was literally 3 minutes before opening and cold outside. I do understand the point made by the store manager but this could have been addressed in a much more professional and customer-friendly manner. I took my business elsewhere and do not intend to return to this location.
