Service Concern on Major Engine Repair : Caution
2020 Alfa Romeo Stelvio TI Lusso (56,000 miles) – recurring check engine light for cylinder 2 misfire. 3 service visits (August–October 2025), repairs totaled approximately $10,294. Initial estimate for a blown head gasket repair was $8,600, later increased to $9,600, with a final bill exceeding $10,200 despite a prior agreement for $9,100. A 3% credit card fee was also attempted.
Although the vehicle was returned operational, performance declined compared to pre-repair condition. The vehicle was subsequently traded in. Service advisors involved: Jerry, Jamal, and Robert.

I just purchased my third car from Jim Ellis. The Ellis family, in my experience, sets the standard for integrity and consistently high quality customer care. The buying experience is exceptional -- no pressure and highly informative. Their sales consultants really perform as trusted advisors --very professional, client focused and supportive. They are extremely well informed and provide you with sound advice to ensure that you choose the best possible options at fair prices. This time I worked with Michael Cook and Dick Ivey, who went above the call of duty to provide my wife and me with honest clear relevant information about the pros and cons of our options, and also helped us arrange the best finance program. Their Finance Manager, Kapleton Forrest, also provided a positive experience-- he is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helped us find the best financial option. Again, no pressure he just focused on helping us make the best decisions to serve our financial interests. My impression, based on years of experience, is that as a company Ellis stands behind their products and provides excellent quality cost effective service. As I write this review I realize that have never taken one of our Ellis cars to a local garage (which is not the case with other dealers), the quality of their service is exceptional and worth it if you care about your car. Hope this is helpful to the reader --buying a car is a serious big investment so it's wonderful to find a dealership where you can shop and buy with such comfort and confidence.

This is the second Alfa Romeo I have leased. What I most like about doing business with this dealership is the personalized care they provide. Michael Cook is my salesperson and he continues to have great follow up and attention to detail. Adam Rubin, their GM is top notch. He wants to deliver the best customer experience and continues to exceed my expectations with his patience in explaining the deal line by line to helping me to secure the exact car I wanted.
Servicing the vehicle is always pleasant and first class with Jerry as my main contact.

This is a first class operation. Michael Cook my salesman was very attentive and friendly from beginning to end. Adam, Kenyon, and Kapleton were professional and patient putting the final details together. Go see these guys if you are in the market for a cool car and an awesome experience!

We leased a Alfa Romeo Tonale from Michael Cook. Great experience as always from Jim Ellis dealership group and Michael went above and beyond on a painless transaction. We worked out all of the details prior to us arriving and were in and out in about 90 mins. Michael answered all of our questions and was in constant contact with us over the phone/text throughout the whole process. Great experience and I would highly recommend seeing Michael if you are in need on an Alfa Romeo or Maserati.
