Apathetic staff, extremely long delivery times upwards of several hours.

Everytime I order delivery it takes TWO HOURS. I love jimmy johns food so much that I always give it another shot but this happens over and over again and no one picks up the phone when I am calling. The app will say its out for delivery for over an hour and they are right down the street (walking distance)

The very worst thing you can do is have bad service at the front counter Really You cannot have an attitude with people. I don’t know these ladies from a hole in the wall but Jesus Christ what an attitude.! These three ladies should find another job they look miserable

Maybe stick to making sandwiches and leave the deliveries to other people. 60 minutes for a door dash order 1 mile away.

This place is the best Jimmy John’s in Atlanta. They have fast service and great customer service! Shamera was the one that helped me!

Bad service from a guy they had behind the register, (don’t know if he works there) but Keshia was very attentive, and even brought my food out while I was waiting, but a personally like his may be being the business down.

We placed an order and never received our food. We never received any notifications about our order and no one answers the phone at this store. We called several times and no answer. We waited almost two hours and still no one would answer the phone so we could cancel our order. Finally had to just order something else and we’ll find out if we get our order credited back to us. This isn’t the first time this has happened when we order from this store. Hate to say it, because we love Jimmy John’s, but won’t be ordering from here anymore! They need to change their tag line! It’s not Freaky Fast!

Place legitimately closes whenever they want regularly. I live upstairs and have tried to walk in to order food at 5:15, 6:20, and 7:47. Each time they’re randomly closing for no reason… Even had an ubereats delivery from here one day at NOON and they called me to let me know they ran out of bread……. I’ve historically loved Jimmy John’s, especially coming from out of state but this location is awful.

i’ve always loved JJ. wanted to try the pesto pasta salad. The use by dates is 11/30-12/3. it’s 12/6. don’t really appreciate getting old food. now makes me wonder if anything used in my sandwich was used past the date it was supposed to be.

At 10:08am I placed on online order, walked in to grab it at 10:29. This location almost never puts to-go orders on the designated shelf. A customer is expected to go to the end of the sandwich line and ask for the order. No big deal, so long as someone is there to hand it to you. I got the attention of an employee and said "Hey, I have a mobile order for Brett." They just stared at me like I was asking something unreasonable. Carried on with something else. So I checked online and they open for in person orders at 10:30. Maybe the worker was giving an attitude because I was kicking their day off a little too quickly. In any case, I just ask to be acknowledged with a "I'll be right with you" or similar, rather than ignored. If I'm in the wrong place at the wrong time, let me know. For clarification, I asked a separate employee if I had arrived too early. No, online orders are in fact allowed at 10am. I just don't want to be treated like an inconvenience by default. Please fix this.Food is good though, always made correctly.

Walked in an hour before they were suppose to close (on 11/14/23 at 7:55pm) and they just said "we're closing early, only accepting online orders". Whoever runs this place needs to wake up.

Honestly, I love Jimmy John’s. It’s simple, it tastes amazing, and it’s a simple turkey sandwich can hit the spot. However, it disappoints me so much to know that Jimmy John’s delivery systems are failing us.With SaaS technologies like Uber Eats, DoorDash, and the like, all able to deliver a diverse array of food across the city of Atlanta, Jimmy John’s is leaving so much business behind. The fact that I’m in a place considered one of the ‘cultural hubs of ATL,’ and the fact that I can’t order Jimmy John’s to my door is frustrating. It’s a huge privilege to be able to say that, but if I can get Subway here, I should be able to get Jimmy John’s here too.At the end of the day, I’m not always able to make it to the physical JJ’s location, and the fact that this company is taking ego into it, is frustrating. Maybe it’s ego, or maybe it’s bad systems. Regardless, a loyal Jimmy John’s customer is being left out, and your potential revenue and capacity for impact is being wasted. These companies talk about ‘accessibility,’ and it usually comes down to money and it shows us if these organizations collectively embody their ‘corporate values.’ However, when there are so many business cases for wellness and DEI stacking to the ceiling, people still don’t leverage massive systems to make life at home and work human-centered. What a concept, our entire system on every level treats us as machines, and we wonder why people are upset? Anyway, back to the topic at hand. This move would make Jimmy John’s so much money at the end of the day if there was one basic decision to expand delivery systems.Either JJ’s stays on a revenue plateau, continues with basic linear growth, or expands delivery with systems already in place. They would see exponential growth in revenue with this call.Overall, I could order 4 sandwiches a month from my home, or I can order 1 walking into the store. I guess Jersey Mike’s will take the rest from what you’re leaving on the table? The turkey sandwiches over there are pretty solid, but not quite as good as Jimmy John’s in my experience.Honestly, I don’t need any of the revenue that you’ll rake in with this decision.I will however accept a lifetime supply of Jimmy John’s sandwiches for myself and my immediate family if you make the simple decision to: assemble your board, have one meeting, send a few emails, and partner with UberEats and the like, OR you could also scale the starter pack delivery system you have in place currently. Not too tough of a decision honestly, and wishing you all the best of luck in this journey. I hope to see those sandwiches coming my way soon, either by simple delivery, or, when about a year passes and the numbers come in, I’m looking forward to checking in about that lifetime supply. It’s the least you could do.I appreciate you all reading this. Good luck everyone. Hoping all is well in your world and take good care during these times. Be well.
