My fiancé and I gad a great experience at this location of Jos A Bank, especially after a sub par experience at Indochino right before! Mason was super attentive and helpful, answered all of our questions and didn’t make us feel rushed. He helped us pick a great wedding suit plus groomsmen options.

My experience was really good. I bright a suit back that I’d purchased online because it had a defect. Sheridan found a suit in store that matched the other, and that took away from the stress of me having to send the suit back and find another one, etc.I still needed to get the new suit hemmed, and I was told it may take a day, but Osmond, the tailor, actually finished it in about 15 minutes. Tiffany, the store manager, was helpful in seeing how soon Osmond could have the suit ready, which was helpful because I stay on the other side of town and I would’ve had to try and find time to pick the suit up another day.I appreciate the service I got.

It's amazing how the customer service differs by location. I went to this location and the service was excellent. They did great on the customer service and greeted me as I walked in the door.

We have been customers before and my husband was looking for a suit for a wedding. After being ignored for a while, I realized that there was some electronic system for a take-a-number version of customer service. Why the QR code was placed in the middle of the store and not near the entrance, I don't know. We were listed 20th on the list even though there weren't that many customers in the store. We couldn't track any progress through their app (or connect with it at all, even using a hotspot), they were clearly understaffed, swamped, and unable to provide customers service. We were spoken to once in the hour or so we were in the store. We finally left. We were able to help ourselves sufficiently to size my husband for the suit that we will buy at a men's store able to provide us with service. It's too bad-- we've had excellent service in the past. We won't be coming back any time soon, if at all.

Jos A Banks was a tremendous disappointment. They were honestly the most stressful part about the entire wedding planning/preparation process. The groom, his 10 groomsmen, and 2 fathers rented tuxes through Jos A Banks, and not a single person was pleased. The groom went to Jos A Banks 6 months before the wedding to see what their process was. At this time, they created his "party" in the system so that everyone knew which tux to get, and he was told that he and his party should come back 2 months before the wedding to get fitted for their tuxes. Within that 2-month timeframe, the party went to their local Jos A Banks, and only half of the party names showed up in the system. The groomsmen had to then argue with the store attendants to get them to put their names within the "party". When everyone was finally able to get their fittings, they were told that the tuxes will be ready WEEK OF THE WEDDING which alone is unacceptable and nerve-racking. Fast forward to the week of the wedding, they were not joking. The groom had to keep calling and harassing them to see when the tux was arriving because he still hadn't received a call that it was ready. Finally, after one of his calls, they said that it would be ready by Tuesday at 5pm. We went that night to go pick up the tux, and they found that they needed to shorten the legs a bit. They honestly also needed to make the pants more fitted, as they were quite baggy, but they apparently cannot do anything about the bagginess of the pants, despite it being the GROOM'S tux. They said that the alterations would be completed and ready to be picked up by Thursday evening for our out-of-town wedding on Saturday. (Luckily, we weren't heading out of town until early Friday morning.) They also mentioned that WE were lucky that the tux didn't come in on Wednesday, because their alterations person doesn't work on Fridays, so we would have needed to personally take the tux to a Men's Warehouse nearby because they have an alteration's person who works on Fridays... As for the rest of the party, 1 guy's pants were almost 6 inches too short, 1 guy's jacket was a dress on him, 2 of the guy's entire tuxes were extremely baggy because Jos A Banks doesn't offer a more slim/fitted tux option, 2 guy's never received a call that their tuxes were ready for pickup, and 1 guy, after calling to harass the store the entire week, finally had his tux ready on Wednesday evening. So, he went to pick up his tux, but 1 of the legs were 3 inches too short, so he did need to bring his tux to the Men's Warehouse for alterations. Luckily, Men's Warehouse was able to make the alterations in one day, and so he was able pick up his tux on Thursday. The whole process was so disappointing and infuriating. There is no reason why Jos A Banks needs to be waiting until the week of the wedding to get the men their tuxes. Much better planning is needed on their part. Additionally, if they are going to be such poor planners, their alterations person needs to work on Fridays to combat their incompetency. Also, if they are not going to provide a slimmer/ more fitted tux option, then they need to be able to alter their tuxes further. Until Jos A Banks gets their rental system together, I would absolutely not recommend.

My fiancé and I drove an hour and a half to Atlanta to come to this store to buy all the clothes he’d need for our wedding events. It was a disaster! The manager helping us pick all the things out and fit him was very unorganized and kept leaving us to a assist other customers, even though we signed in on a waiting listed and waited to be helped for about an hour. After spending about at least 2 hours in the store we finally had everything picked out and ordered a few things that they didn’t have in stock in the correct size (or so we thought). We spent around $1,000 on everything. Long story short, the manager told us he ordered my fiancés tux shirt and that it would be mailed to us. The tux shirt never came in, and when I called to have this error corrected I was told that somehow they forgot to place the order and I would need to physically come back to Atl to make the purchase because they could take an order/payment over the phone. Lucky for us, they were out of stock in the tux shirt we originally picked out. So now we are a week and a half away from our wedding without a new tux shirt, and Jos a. Banks was absolutely no help. I will never shop at this location every again, and you shouldn't either. Very unprofessional!

Crickets.My husband and walked in—2 salespeople were working—and for several minutes while he tried on jackets nobody said a word to us. We’ll take our business elsewhere.

Great selection of quality suits. Amazing tailors that can accommodate special requests. Staff very helpful and quite friendly. The only bad part is you might end up sticking around having a great conversation with the team. Don't come here if you are in a rush: the friendliness will draw you in!

Just left and stood around for 10 mins and not one person came to help set up our wedding party. They all came and said someone else will be by to help us and no one ever came to help. Worse service and most rudest people I ever seen. I wouldn’t ever send anyone to this location. They are terrible, close this one down and open elsewhere.

If I could rate this location 0 stars I would. I came in with my family and waited approximately 15-20 minutes and was told someone would be with me shortly about 5 Times while it was only 1 other person in the store. Never was a provided with a timeframe or assisted. I was told that the person that was supposed to be assisting went on lunch break. Horrible all their staff need to be fired that’s currently on staff. Monday 3:40pm

My fiance and I visited this location to have a custom jacket and vest made for him for our upcoming wedding. Haliymah assisted us with our order and took his measurements. She was an absolute delight to work with and advised that we were only her second custom order. The items were a perfect fit and turned out beautifully! Thank you so much, Haliymah!
