I went in last night, trying to find a particular pair of Hokas and some chucks for my daughter. The three young women working there were really helpful in trying on different sizes to get the right Hokas and I could not have asked for a better experience.

Literally both sales associates are on their phones not paying attention. I asked for 3 different shoes and she kept bringing me the wrong shoe. Horrible service!

Called the store and asked them to hold a pair of shoes until I was able to come in after work. I informed the worker I would not be able to get there until 8:15 and they told me no problem. I assumed the mall closed at 9 for holiday hours but when I arrived they told me they closed at 8 and refused to sell me the shoes. Employees should know what time the store closes. Will not be returning.

This store needs all employees to have some customer service training including the manager who wouldn't even make eye contact and to the employee who just left and went on break without checking me out. I realize it's the holiday season but that's no excuse to not make your PAYING customers experience such.

Having a poor attitude first thing in the morning while working retail is WILD! Sales person 702975 is combative. Took it personal that Tasman slide size 7 showed in stock on website but was out of stock once we arrived in store. Decided on a different shoe. Had an attitude when asking for size. Shoved box at my 14 year old daughter with attitude. Was very aggressive when she was looking at shoes on the men's side for her brother. Crumpled the receipt in bag at end of transaction. When I made comment about the shoes I purchased being more than the ones I came to get suggesting that was the reason they were gone. He made sure to tell me that it was because they were trending and I should have purchased them sooner. Needless to say it was an aggravating experience.

Management was terrible. They lied about not having inventory that they had in the back. Then mistakenly told me that they actually did have it in stock when “calling another location”. Normally I don’t write reviews but this was blatant neglect and I am a buying customer. Then not only that but Alexis (Lex) was very rude and proceeded to tell me whatever she thought would appease me. Meanwhile I called another location and they also confirmed this location had it in stock. Frustrated I took my business else where and got the shoe I was looking for. Anyone looking to do business don’t go here. Try another location. I will also be emailing this to corporate as well.

As I walked by I saw 2 or 3 salesladies behind the counter.
3 customers in the store, yet none being helped. I go into the store and they had disappeared?? Not the now 4 customers, but the salesladies!?! I stood at the counter for a minute...but no one came out to help me so...I just walked out.

Be cautious shopping here. They will not take anything back, will not even do an exchange without the original shoebox despite this not being on the receipt. I am now stuck with shoes that I’m going to have to do work to keep them from slipping off. I want to stress that the woman I spoke with was very pleasant and professional, she was just enforcing policy. I just have issue with the policy and won’t ever shop here again, nor will I recommend you.
Update: I emailed you per your request and no one got back to me. Just making anyone reading this and seeing that you reached out to me aware. Yes, they responded to this review, but it doesn’t mean anything.

The 5 stars are for the young man who was helping us (we think his id is: 703964 but we aren’t sure) he was extremely professional and just honestly a huge help, on the other hand the woman (his co-worker) was extremely rude and just unprofessional as she was arguing with him while he was helping us check out and was making honesty rude remarks against him and how he works.

Google and the website says the location opens at 10am... Drove here at 10:05am during my work break. Gate was still down, associate told me they open at 11.Very frustrating and disappointing

First time we went to store, the associate appeared to be chit-chatting with a customer who had completed their sale, and went on to chit-chat for over 10 minutes, ignored us, and I guess nobody else was working in the store, so finally we gave up and left to do our other shopping and came back later. This time, SA was very helpful. Still, the shoes we wanted (which are very scarce right now - black high-top Converse) were out of stock. Probably wouldn't have gone back due to the lack of customer service on our first try, but we were desperately searching for these stupid shoes.

Was in search for a specific pair of waterproof birkenstocks and there was an absolutely lovely associate by the name of Roni who went above and beyond to help me find the right size and color. Not to mention she was able to search around to see if they had another pair of shoes I was looking for, even though they were sold out I left with one pair of shoes and a great experience. Will defiantly be returning to this location for their customer service.

Employees just stood behind counter and stared at us. No customer service what so ever. They all looked like they didn’t want to be there and we were wasting their time. Had to ask for help even though we were only ones in store with 4 employees. Actually wanted to buy shoes we tried on but decided to not give them our business.
