Closed on Halloween. What a joke. While sitting outside I've counted at least 15 people go up to the door and try and get in.

They have gone down. It used to an elite and eclectic and exclusive spot. However, most of what is in there is exclusive to rock and roll and goth. A prime example is looking for anything MJ related during the Halloween season. I can pretty much name the black artists they feature in their tee collection - DMX & Aaliyah with a sprinkle of Oukast. When you know better you do better. There are tons of others in various eras including MJ, Prince, Whitney, and James Brown all of whom could literally have their own soul section, but ARE NOT FEATURED. I'm just saying after decades, step it up. Also the staff is whack. They definitely will treat you like trash and definitely have an air that you're a thief or are beneath them. It's as if they are trained to be aggressive but it's riddled with a passive and demeaning undertone.

Pretty cool spot off the grid and full of fun surprises to find! If you're a collector of unique gifts and crafts, definitely get a peek at all they have to offer! The prices seem reasonable for the area and they have an awesome array of items for any tastes

Took my daughter here! She loved it! They are bound to have something you’ll want and a great selection of things you won’t find anywhere else! I’ll be back per my daughter’s request

I've loved this place since I found it when I was a teenager. Now that I'm in my 40's I'm so happy to introduce it to my daughter and she absolutely LOVED it. Thanks for being the cool shop in town!

Extremely distasteful and offensive experience the last time I visited this store. I considered myself to be a great customer and admirer of this establishment but one of their ignorant employees ruined that for me, They accused me of shoplifting which I certainly did not do, they had no legitimate proof or reasoning of accusing me of shoplifting. The only thing I could think of is the metal detector going off which has happened before because of my accessories. i happily allowed the security in the front look through my bag because I have nothing to hide, and he told me to walk through the metal detector again which I do, NOTHING. At this point I am offended because I overheard one of yall employees radio the security and tell him that I may have something or I’m holding something which are both FALSE. I was in the store for no more than 5 minutes, I’ve bought merchandise before why would I steal ? The security tells me he believes me and I proceed to walk out but I left my belongings so I come back to get the things i PAID for, I come to collect my things he proceeds to tell me that whoever accused me of shoplifting saids I’m “BANNED” from shopping there. What ? What kinda establishment penalizes the customer because they didn’t shoplift ? That security didn’t find any stolen merchandise within my bags or on me so why am I banned from the store ? He wouldn’t even tell me the employee name that decided to false allegations against me or who made that decision. I felt very racially profiled and disrespected, was the employee mad because I didn’t steal and they were wrong ? What power do they think they have ? I will be back up there to speak with a manager or the owner, whoever is in charge because that wasn’t cool at all and it left a very BAD taste in my mouth. I’ve supported this establishment for years and never had any issues up until this point. Just awful.

I've been to Little 5 Points on previous visits to Atlanta but somehow have never come to Junkman's Daughter. So glad I came in! What an absolutely cool store! It's enormous with so much to offer. A variety of things from clothing, jewelry, gifts, plants, patches, pins, shoes, Knick knacks, costumes and so much more. You can spend a long time here exploring all the goodies. The decor is cool and eclectic. The staff was nice in all my interactions with them. You can find some good deals and also some pricy items but you're guaranteed to get something unique!

Wonderful store! I spent at least an hour in here, and I could definitely spend many more. The vibe was somewhere between punk and hippie, and I loved it! There were posters and clothing and patches, even an entire second floor balcony with just cool boots. All the employees I interacted with were very helpful, and I will definitely come back and would recommend this to anyone who likes alternative fashion like I do, or just anyone just looking for a really cool different shop!

I'm a longtime fan of Junkman's Daughter – it's been one of my favorite shops to browse since I was a kid! However, the last couple of times I've visited, I decided to try on a few clothing items as the selection is really cute and eclectic and I haven't taken the time to try on any of their clothes in the past. What I have found is that the clothing selection is highly un-inclusive, which was a massive disappointment as I loved the variety of styles they carry. For reference, I wear sizes L/12 – I tried on a variety of items and barely any of the pieces fit my body. Some items were so small I had to double check the tags to ensure I actually grabbed a size large instead of a small.Knowing some stores just tend to run small, I checked out the plus-sized section. Unfortunately, the selection was very sparse and the styles aren't comparable to the rest of the clothes in the store.Currently their stock is catering towards a very specific body type – I love Junkman's Daughter but would like to see them update their clothing selections to be more inclusive for larger bodies.Note – I didn't browse the section with more masculine clothing so not sure if the comments above also apply to other clothing sections in the store.

I've been a fan of this place for years. If you're into cool things and some would say hippie clothing and such then you would love it. I just get a sense of "these people are friendly and peaceful" when inside. The craziness seems to stay outside the door. If you've never been you should make it a point to visit. Take your time and check everything out.

i have been waiting to visit this store for forever now and i finally got to go for my birthday. it did not disappoint. all the prices made sense, like they weren’t ‘stupid’ prices. there was stuff made by local artists, just tons and tons of cool stuff. almost tempted to move to Atlanta for stuff like this lol

Another spot I have been visiting for the past 29 years and every time, I always find *something* interesting to purchase and bring home. This visit I bought a book about Homophones (words that sound alike but their meaning and spelling are different), a book on Nicola Tesla's inventions, and a funny oven mitt.

This is an eclectic store that offers unique clothing and shoe choices. It has a hipster vibe with goth mixed in. They do not have a public restroom which is a major disadvantage when shopping. Overall, I didn’t find anything that would take me back to this store given the selection and interesting vibes.

Decided to visit while vacationing in Atlanta, and bought such a gorgeous art print for my home. I really loved all the art and knick knacks they have available! My only complaint was the clothing section. Hardly any plus sized options, and I found what little they did have to be overpriced. I wanted to purchase a black and green sweater from them but found the price to be a bit high. I did a quick search online and found the same exact one for only 1/3 the price. I even noticed the tags were cut off to hide the original website it was purchased from as well. I’d definitely go back, just not for the clothing.
