Craig replaced my rotors in less than an hour. He was very nice and professional and even let me take him on a test drive before he worked on my car so he could hear/feel the problem. I would highly recommend!

REAL 5 STAR SERVICE!!! I called and got an estimate right away, we met the same day, not only did he fix the issue he showed me what to look for. Service didn't take long at all. There was no more grinding nor squeaking sounds. I definitely recommend this company, an absolute 10/10.

I called Craig and he was at the house in no time at all!! He finished the my brakes in no time and let me know about other problems that needed addressing. Superb customer service and professionalism!! He’s the only one I’m gonna call for brakes and rotors from here on out and if anyone asks……I know a guy!!!

Amen. I must say that Craig is an excellent source of energy. I contacted him in regards to replacing a caliper. Unfortunately the previous break mechanic that I had before him installed the improper size rotors on my vehicle that caused damage to the brake pads as well as other components on my vehicle. Considering that you do not have to remove the rotors to install a caliper. We were puzzled wondering why the caliper that I purchased didn't fit but Craig went the extra mile to go to AutoZone to retrieve another caliper and returned the next day, unfortunately that caliper didn't fit either. Craig never gave up, he began diagnosing the vehicle and checking the rotors doing extra work to solve the problem. And sure enough Craig did, get to the conclusion that the rotors that were install previously were just too short. I ended up having to buy new rotors as well as new brake pads and caliper. Craig went to AutoZone himself two times to retrieve parts. My budget wasn't where it needed to be due to these other surprise repairs and buying parts but Craig helped me out greatly. The overall experience left me aww... I kept asking where did he come from? He's a prime example of someone putting passion behind their work and not just doing it for the money.
