Kabbage Checking is an absolutely terrible product. The service is filled with bugs. At the moment their bill pay feature doesn't work at all. The customer service department is absolutely terrible. As a small business owner, I'm really surprised that American Express would allow such a poor product to tarnish their image. With all of the bugs and the poor customer support, I really question whether this online checking account is actually safe. It seems as though they would be a target for hacking since their product is so buggy. I don't think they even know all of their problems.

This product is a scam. This company misrepresents their motivation for being an advocate of small business. They are loan sharks and will only put more strain on you and your business when you do business with them. Go elsewhere! I am also convinced they pay for reviews since the majority of people writing real reviews within the past 2 years give 1 star.

Horrible application process..Looking to build business credit and I tried to apply with this company and upload my documents based on the way their system allows and they continued to request the same thing. I requested a call and they failed to assist as I did what their application and clarification of how to upload requested. If they had a better process then the rating would be better.

BEWARE!! ATMs are NOT actually free. Merchants within In-Network ATMs are allowed to charge you. They send you to a "FREE" ATM when in reality it is a SCAM. DO NOT BANK WITH KABBAGE! BlueVine is MUCH better; better interest rate, better customer service (They don't hang up on customers like Kabbage does.), real free ATM network, better app, better overall. AVOID KABBAGE!

Solicited people about PPP money, then got their processing hung up and never paid the people. Also forced them to not be able to collect from other sources, since the account was flagged as paying the person. Really sketchy operations for a startup financial company and costing people money they deserve.

Very poor customer service overall. Spent 2 months trying to contact customer service and after over 20 calls and multiple emails, I received no help and no answers. Cabbage has a horrible customer service record and I do not recommend them for any personal or business use

Horrible customer service. I can't get through to them at all. I wanted to find out about alerts for my new checking account, and how to add beneficiaries. No luck whatsoever!

Kabbage/KServicing has not allowed me to apply for forgiveness for my PPP loan. They have trained their employees to lie and mislead me. They have promised me several call backs and they never call and they keep telling me they are going to send me forgiveness link and they never do. I have been waiting 80 plus days for link for forgiveness

Horrible customer service! I emailed, called and left voice, with no return calls or email. Finally after five calls on my end, I finally was able to talk to someone. Their excuse is that they are understaffed, and offered no other help. Do NOT use them if you want any support in your small business.

My account was locked. I sent 2 emails and got no response, called twice and was told they would contact me within 3 business days. My account is locked for a week! Meanwhile my payments are being declined. Bad customer service.

Worthless organization. We submitted PPP forgiveness application on 12/22/20 - no reply or update provided since. Calls, emails get same generic response - ITS BEEN OVER 8 MONTHS. STAY AWAY!

We use the line periodically to fund growth.An opportunity came our way for a large project, so I decided I'd utilize the funds on the line, but it looks like Kabbage has pulled the line without notifying myself or my company. Line rings busy and my rep didn't show up to our scheduled call to discuss. Solid repayment history, no lates, zero balance, credit in the 700s..I don't get it. Thanks, Kabbage. :)
