This place are friendly yet they will lie to get you to donate and then when you try to get help managers say well why did you ask an employee a question that employees always answer they deceived me into donating I was going to sue but my lawyer said places like this are scammers to serve them not consumer’s

The Ked Rewards App has not been tracking test results for over 2 weeks, yet no movement from corporate office to remedy this situation. Pitiful!

It's ridiculous that prior to the merger, BPL in Commerce City, CO would open at 07:00am, during the merger, it was switched to 09:00am, and now that their main medical is out sick, it's 11:00am until further notice? Why are they disrupting other people's lives over one person, when there are several medical in training? Aren't we the ones who are keeping the business running and saving lives? I hope things change before I have to go donate somewhere else?

I would love for a manager or someone from corporate to contact me and explain when Metoprolol became a reason for not donating. I've been donating since 2018 at various centers and I've never been denied because of Metoprolol. It's very disappointing to spend 3 hours somewhere for no reason. Also, it's not on the list of medications that I read through in the material which is misleading. Had I seen it, I could have gotten up to leave before wasting 3 hours. Furthermore, not knowing what it is about Metoprolol that's so dangerous leaves me without closure and clarity. No complaints about the workers on the floor but I have questions about the nurse and the policies.

Even though love the people, they actually know my name, taking away the 6th bonus has me thinking of switching to another Plasma place. Some times it's hard reaching the 7th & 8th of the month. BRING BACK THE 6TH DONATION OR ATLEAST INCREASE THE 7TH

As of last February 2023 they have cut out the $50 bonus for donating your 6th time of the month and as of March there is talk of them only giving out donors "Express passes". I've been donating at Kedplasma going on four years now consistently and for them to suddenly have dropped bonuses like that is disappointing especially when you take inflation into account. If they do not restore the original bonuses I'll garuntee they will loose a loyal donor as other places pay more and aren't far from where I live. Whole reason I kept going to Kedplasma was because they had a good system and if it's not fixed I see them loosing more than one loyal customer as my family is not pleased with the removal of the $50 bonus either and I know we are not the only ones.

The center in Myrtle Beach is absolutely horrendous. It will take you 3 to 4 hours just to have your vitals taken and then another two hours after that to donate. They are shortstaffed because they do not pay their staff well and all their old staff have gone over to ADMA plasma. ON TOP OF IT, ALL 99% OF THE PEOPLE DONATING PLASMA ARE DRUG ABUSERS, AND THE HOMELESS. THE WAITING ROOM, REEKS OF BODY ODOR AND FECES, AND THE DRUG ADDICTS ARE TWEAKING OUT FIGHTING WITH THE STAFF, CLAIMING THAT THEY’RE NOT GETTING THEIR MONEY.

My Son Donated two days Ago On December 20th in springfield illinoion his first draw they stuck him they were able to seperate his plasma from the blood when his blood started being transfer back into his body it no flowed and the employee told my son she would be right there but she disapeared and my son didnt see anyone for 20 min and because of that his blood clotted too much and they could not put his blood back in his body now he cant donate for 56 days BECAUSE the employee disappeared. This is not fair to him we count on his donation money to help offset bills because i am paralyzed especially this time of year. It was not Asia or Layla they both do a really good job he doesn't know the lady's name that "disappeared" but she was wearing a santa hat

Do not donate with these people the managers are rude and unprofessional at the Kedplasma in Shreveport Louisiana the manager Toni is very unprofessional and rude. They hire incompetent people who do not know how to perform a proper venipuncture. The girls in the front even gave me 3 names of the Phlebs who can actually stick so that tells you how much ked cares about our safety out of 13, 14 phlebs one 3 can actually perform a proper veni?? If they stick you wrong and you are unable to finish they will cut your pay, they said because it wasn't a full bottle that they can't pay me even if it wasn't my fault that's just their policy! So I'm confused you guys are paying for the plasma and not my time right? I will never donate here again and will inform everyone that I know not to patronize there. This company has been horrible since they switch form Immunotek in 2016 to Kedplasma. Highly do not recommend!!!!!!!!

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any type of donation center. Waited 2 hours to be told they couldn’t accept my social then asked for corporate number and was told they would take my tax forms and help me next. Now been here 3 hours and continue to watch them take other people I keep reminded her she said I was next she then tells me well these people have been here awhile while I’ve been here before all of them! So now I have to leave to go to work and just wasted three hours of my life without even making one penny of compensation and the staff could not care less!!!

I am a veteran that has been giving plasma for a long time and I have never had any issues giving before. Now that I have a service dog; I have been experiencing nothing but, problems and the staff continues to make unnecessary remarks that I should not have to endure. It’s obvious there is no policy that addresses this systemic issue. I am not looking for special treatment, but I do feel there needs to be exceptions in policy to wait times when it comes to persons with disabilities. I work on a government facility all day with my service dog and he works very hard performing his duties assisting me. I don’t think it’s fair to him that I have to come here and not only wait for a ridiculous amount of time, but also endure the discriminating comments and looks I get from some of the staff to include management personnel. It’s very clear that there is no policy that governs how they treat situations like this and it needs to change. I don’t need to keep donating; I do it to for higher cause, but that’s probably gonna change now because of how unprofessional and unwelcoming this environment feels to me. Remember; I said it’s some of the staff not all of the staff, but it only takes a few bad apples to spoil a bushel.
