I brought my car in to get my rear passenger door fixed after an accident. They said it would take 10 days, they finished a day early. My car looks amazing as if the accident never happened. Paint is flawless. Exterior and Interior was cleaned very nicely!
Staff was quick and efficient with getting my repair claim setup and assigned. Great overall experience!

John is unhelpful and extremely unknowledgeable about car engines. Told me all jeep cherokees (2016) have a different engine and then hung up on me. He thinks its funny to lack intelligence, and refuses to answer the phone. Go here if you want someone without a brain to be responsible for your car! 0/5

UPDATE 9/4/24: Kelly's took my car in promptly to check what was wrong and it's bushings unrelated to original service call. Was informed that my Kia make/model is known for having this issue, so I'm checking now for recall info about this. *5 stars*
UPDATE: I’ve taken away 2 stars because my steering column rattles really bad now every time I apply the brakes regardless of distance and there’s lots of play in my steering wheel. It was hardly noticeable when my car was returned to me but has progressively gotten worse since then. My car still looks good and is drivable but I’m not sure for how long at this point. *3 stars*
Initial review: Kelly's was prompt, timely in their followup, and professional. My car looks great, I'd call on them again if needed. *5 stars*

Initially left a 5-star review because of how quickly they repaired my car after being rear-ended. However, they missed some pretty obvious repairs. When Kelly's had it, I mentioned there was an issue with my car not recognizing my key while outside of the car. It wasn't unlocking when I approached it, or locking as I left, like it was supposed to. Kelly's told me they weren't able to replicate the problem (which didn't make a ton of sense), so I must need to get my key reset at the dealership. At the dealership, I learned that sensors within the rear bumper were obviously broken and cracked (see photos). Another $2k+ AFTER Kelly's repair and several more weeks of my car in the shop and it's back to normal. After seeing the photo, I can't help but think this was an open and obvious problem that Kelly's could have diagnosed and repaired--especially considering I pointed out the very problem tied to that sensor not working.
If you get your car repaired here, chances are, they will not repair everything and you will have to deal with all sorts of problems having the insurance company pay for outside repairs after approving the ones Kelly's initially diagnosed. Pick another body shop.

I have had one of the worst experiences with this auto body shop. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I got my car serviced here in November 2023 based off what ended up being a horrible recommendation. Upon getting my car back, the problem was not fixed so I decided to bring it back under the warranty they gave me for them to re-diagnose what was wrong and actually fix the problem.
The mechanic John, was giving "I hate my job"/Mr.AngryPants. The customer service here was horrible which didn't make sense especially with me spending over $500 initially for them to fix a problem that they didn't fix. Upon getting my car back the second time, I asked him a few questions to make sure I understood what he had done and if an actual replacement was needed. He was clearly irritated by me wanting to know what was done to my car to ensure me not having to return to this place.
His response was "I don't know (if it's fixed or if that was the problem), you told me it was "this" so I fixed it which I did not. Again I asked him to re-diagnose and check the part that he supposedly replaced because that was the alleged issue. I asked for a receipt of service and he was vocally irritated by that.
I genuinely believe he allowed my car to sit in the shop for 3-4 hours and then called me to pick it up. Nothing was done to my car because it is STILL doing the exact same thing it was before I brought it. I was never rude or irate with him and couldn't understand why he was so defensive and verbally attacking. It sucks because as woman it's already hard to get good, knowledgeable, honest, and quality service at a mechanic shop. Bottom line is that I will never return here and don't recommend it at all.
No response needed from the business. I'm sure it'll be right on brand with the service I received.

I have to give them one star to leave a review. This company is fraudulent. scam please Do Not use there service I had to report them to the attorney generals office as well a sue them they lied about doing service on my car collected the money continue to lie to the point of having to sue them instead of just fixing their mistake.. they are in cahoots with State farm in covering up this fraudulent behavior. Jesse is a scam artist and very rude. I have recorded them to the Better Business Bureau. And the insurance commissioner office Kelly's blatantly lied about doing work on my vehicle that they never did took my money and continue to lie. They are a disgraceful business and don't deserve one star save your time and save your money!!!

My car is currently in the shop. I used them through my insurance and I thought everything was going to run at a speedy time. They gave me an estimate of 10 days which has become 14 days. Insurance has stopped paying their portion far as a rental and now I’m required to full price daily until they (Kelly’s) get the part. The guy who answers isn’t really informative and just says it should be today. Today is today and they are now closed and this is another day that I have to use a rental. I just paid the car note and it’s still sitting over there. I understand things happen but I don’t want to feel like I’m walking on eggshells obtaining information about MY car that I have to pay for.

I called simply to get a quote. The man Jessie while I will say he nice at first, all I wanted was a simple estimate quote for a full bumper replacement. He was unable to tell me how much it was be to get the bumper and estimated pricing for labor. I just wanted a ball park of what I could possibly be paying. I have photos and video I could have emailed the gentleman just to get a quote but it seemed like he was unwilling to do that. Now just take my review as salt because i have not been to this location I'm just posting based off my general phone call. To me if i cant get a simple quote I would not take my car in and then get surprised later.

Customer experience and empathy make all the difference between gaining trust of a potential client or losing a sale. Additionally, it costs nothing to choose to be helpful but could cost you a good reputation when you're not. It was like pulling teeth speaking with Jessie to get clear instruction for estimate repair and quite obvious he would rather be doing anything else than be helpful. If you are looking for basic assistance or confidence and clarity in next steps after an accident, I recommend considering elsewhere. If you have been hit in a car accident and want to work with someone who doesn't care about your best interest or just want to be made to feel stupid for asking any questions in the first place - please give Jessie a call!

I would 10000% recommend Kelly’s Auto Care to anyone who needs repair with their car. Jesse is very responsive and the owner is extremely kind. GREAT customer service and the final product is outstanding!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! While i have not received my car back from this shop yet, my customer experience with these folks, specifically Jesse, has been awful. He is rude and needs a refresher on how to interact with customers. I was given Kelly's Auto as an option from my insurance company to repair my vehicle after I had been hit accident. I selected them because they were the most convenient option. However, I will never use this shop again and have let Statefarm know as well.

I have been coming to Kellys Auto for years. Best prices, Best turn around time. I find them to be honest and straight forward. It isn't a fancy place but that is what I love about it most.

A friend recommended Kelly's. I was met with a smile, and received a quick and fair estimate. They completed the work a day ahead of schedule. The communication was excellent as was the body work. Jessi and Riaz take their business seriously. I recommend them without reservation.
