They are very helpful and accommodating when you are touring, but beware once you book. Spotty communication filled with incorrect information. It can take weeks or months to hear back, and they overcharge 5x industry prices for in-house vendors. The owner called me a “very particular bride” to my face during the food tasting, all because I followed up after a month to book my food tasting. When we toured, they told us to follow up the next month to book the tasting, which we did. When we hired a wedding planner to help us manage communications with the venue, the owner called me and then my partner (not in writing) to berate us because the wedding planner followed up on our behalf. She said that she did not have a contract with the wedding planner. We happily walked away from our $2,000 deposit and would advise anyone considering this venue to stay far away.

My friends had a horrible experience with this venue. Owner offered to refund deposit then completely ghosted and continued to gaslight them throughout the process. Tried to scam and charge 20k for lights like give me a break

I recently had my wedding at this spring hall venue and It was absolutely perfect the venue was beautifully decorated and stag were incredibly helpfully and accomdating the food was delicious and service was top notch the hall was spacious and well maintained making it an ideal choice for our special day special thanks to Sadaf farooqi and azher farooqi from the event management team for making everything seamless and stress free I would highly recommend spring hall venue to anyone looking for a memorable wedding experience

I had the pleasure of attending an event at Springhall Event Hall, located at 7130 Buford Hwy NE, Suite A-100, Atlanta, GA. The experience was truly delightful. The venue is owned and managed by a wonderful, cheerful couple—Azhar and Sadaf Farooqi—whose warmth and hospitality made the event even more special.
I was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of the hall—from the elegant layout and tasteful decoration to its spotless cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. It comfortably accommodates gatherings of 400–450 guests and is ideal for a variety of celebrations.
The staff was courteous and professional, and the entire venue radiated a sense of genuine hospitality. A solid 5-star experience—highly recommended. Well done! Tariq Shahab

If I could have an event every year I would choose Spring Hall hands down! I started my party planning journey almost 2 years ago and Alex has been so attentive from day 1. I cannot say enough about the customer service, little details or quality of decor provided for my doctoral party. I had a vision and Alex exceeded my expectations! I was so nervous about my special day but he assured me every step of the way! From the menu print to the special setup for my sweetheart table - Alex kept my agenda timeline on point! Dr. TAB’s Soirée en Blanc was a major success!
