I shopped around and repeatedly had poor customer service elsewhere. I spoke with Keith at LKQ and he treated me like family and took care of all my questions. Even after my item was delivered, Keith called me to check and make sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend ordering from Keith so he can assure a professional process.

It is tight in here. The yard dog will tell you what door to go into. When done unloading yard will sign BOL and once they make a copy they will give you a copy.

CS man was just so rude! Not at all professional in the since of overstanding Atlanta Traffic and Urgency. Then hung up before the call officially ended. Not happy at all.

I highly recommend Keystone Automotive to anyone looking for any particular parts for their cars or trucks. I broke my rim on my 2016 Nissan Maxima due to a terrible accident one rainy night. Called around the next day, Nissan dealership said they had the rim for a ridiculous price. Called Pull-A-Part, didn't have and they also did a computer search to see if another Pull-A-Part had it nearby (None). Called LKQ and yes they had it ?. Drove to pick up the rim, the staff is top notch and service A-1. Please, if you need parts, definitely give them a call. Thanks

Sold me a locked up motor put it in the day I got it and it is seized. What kind of mechanic does not at least check the harmonic balancer to see if the crank shaft moves. Your business is selling motors you made me waste my time and money and you have no regard for hard working people trying to buy your product you are a selfish petty company that is what is wrong with this industry. So I have to pay for the same service because I thought you were a honest professional company. Thanks a lot.

Ordered a hood through Summit Racing, which used LKQ (Keystone) Atlanta to ship me the hood directly. The hood showed up damaged in the flimsy, white, outer cardboard wrapping. Needless to say the hood was damaged because of a lack of protective packaging.Summit Racing placed an order for a replacement hood. I asked them to have the hood packaged better, and they said they would note it in the order.The second hood showed up in a giant outer cardboard box. The outer box was not in good condition, and the hood was inside, in the same white cardboard wrapping as before. No extra protective wrapping as requested.If you all are not going to package items better, then don't even bother shipping them out! Who wants beat up auto body parts??? I don't!
