This is the worst KFC I have ever gone to in my entire life. The lady with the two gold teeth in her mouth is the rudest person that I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. They got my order wrong and when I got to the window she wanted to charge my 9 dollars for a piece of. chicken. Then she called the police because I demanded my money back. I’ll be calling corporate and I share my video of the encounter because yes I start recording because don’t play with me.

On March 9th I went to KFC drive thru....and notice the cashier inserted my cc once at the drive thru and the use the front counter register a 2nd time the next day I check my account and saw it was 2 pending transaction!! I went to the KFC to speak to s manager she said it was pending but I spoke to my Banking and said it was 2 authorized transaction....Now this is very inconvenient to me I gotta wait on my Bank statement or just wait for the next businesses Day to have it removed????? I wish I can take my 1 star back ??

Burt nasty old food served today.No wonder the line is always empty.I will never go to this one again. Food had a watery substance in it like food that’s left in refrigerator for days. Disappointed.

Yet again with these young people that don't understand customer service. I couldn't make an order tonight, with a restaurant that absolutely no customers, but us. Why? The clerk wasn't paying attention. So I left and went to restaurant next door and got something my family didn't want. Get over it those that want to make more money, but working in fast food. You aren't the only one that has or are working in that position. We all have worked them or currently working it. If you can't provide customer service where you're at, you want be able to do it in a higher paying position. Customer service is in every position, to the customers and toward your coworkers. I just can't anymore with this attitude that we the customer have to deal with an attitude that you don't want to be there, that people have to do business with you and the believe that a customer want cancel an order and go somewhere else, or just don't get nothing.

My wife and I placed an order at or around 8pm 12-2-2023 only one car was in the drive through which it was in front of us. After pulling up to the drivethru we order 8piece combo they had no side so we had a five minute wait on that cool. After about 30mins the manager and the cashier was outside smoking mind you we haven’t even gotten our food yet ..was told to pull into parking place and they’ll bring the order out. So I step out of my car to question them about the food (“I can’t make this up y’all”) when I asked about the order they said what order we don’t have any orders these people need to be terminated immediately I will never go back to this location and this is probably the reason people don’t go there!!! We got a full refund and I don’t give af apology … This is not the KFC you want to go to go to jjs right cross the street cheap faster and better

Low rating due menu item not being prepared or ready. Wanted a Pot Pie; special trip to this location just for that item for Manager to tell me it would be 15 minutes. It took 5 minutes to just be acknowledged; location now has self service order kiosk.

Old Nat'l Hwy...Drive thru rep never came to speaker. I said hello, employee says,"Please wait" 7 mins later, Me: Are you still there? Employee reply, "We're dealing with something, can you wait?" I drove off. Unacceptable and very poor customer service.

I visited this location this morning around 1130 I was in a moving truck and had to go inside the store,once inside I came into the location I came to the front register and waited about 10 minutes before I was acknowledged upon being acknowledged, I was only asked hey have you placed your order yet? I stated no I’m waiting on a cashier. I was told that I have to place my order on a screen in order to be served.I told them that I am unable to see due to me being partially blind. I cannot use the machine to place my order.She yelled at me and stated that’s the only way I can get my order taken because she too busyThis is ridiculous that Customer Service is horrible and she needs to work on her performance as a manager. I am vision impaired, and cannot see and need assistance in order to get my order placed with your company.I am considered legally blind, and cannot utilize the computer. She will not serve me, unless I use the computer unit out in your lobby, which I had to use my phone to turn on my video to blow up the screen in order to look to make sure I take my order by myself, even after placing my order, once I did figure it out, they gave me a receipt of my number and my total she screened behind the counter and said my order was never placed. You need to go try again. I had to go through my phone to get the receipt because I press the button no receipt to show her that my transaction went through utilizing my phone Before she said, never mind, it just popped upThis young lady is very rude. I’m professional and needs to learn Customer Service . I am a business owner in the community and I will let people know to not come to your restaurant anymore due to the considerably of my blindness and not getting assistance at your location.It Hass to get better
