Ordered several items for delivery the next day (through Kroger's own service) between 1 PM and 2 PM. They arrived at 11 AM and were just left lying on the porch, including several frozen items, which were already not so frozen. The driver didn't even bother ringing the doorbell. Won't be using them again.
