Horrible pharmacy. Said they could fill my prescription at time of drop off. Several hours later they claim the prescription is “obsolete” at all Kroger pharmacies and they are unable to fill it. After some simple research, I saw this was not true and Kroger pharmacies regularly continue to dispense this medication. My dog is in severe pain and will now have a delay in getting the medication she needs due to the techs being dishonest and unwilling to do their jobs.

Cashier Kimberly on 9/30/25 at 6pm was rude and very unprofessional. You should eat on your break not while you’re ringing up customers. Stuffing your face full of cookies was definitely not the time.

Pharmacist hung up on me mid sentence when I was trying to confirm that this location was set as my home pharmacy. When I called back, I was given attitude. Very poor customer service

I have been using this pharmacy for two years and love it. They are very professional and fast. Be aware they have some kind of late lunch hour during the week during which this pharmacy is closed. But that may have changed. I have a flexible schedule so am able to come during the days when the store is not so busy.

I have never experienced such rude customer service than at this pharmacy. They always have an attitude when I have questions about a medication or the timeline of when I can pick up my medication. It's like they all hate their customers for asking simple questions. I have NEVER had a pleasant conversation with them!
On top of that, they have delayed my medications for weeks on end before, even when I try to call in advance. I am sick and tired of the slick attitudes and the lack of kindness as well as the consistent delays with medications. Please, do not use this pharmacy if you have the option.

Today I called in about a prescription and someone by the name of Jared answered the phone. He was rude and not helpful at all. As I was trying to explain to him exactly what my question was, he kept cutting me off and telling me what my question was. I then tried to call back and he proceeded to keep putting me on hold and then when I finally dig it, another young lady on the phone she was like you have to speak to him and put me on hold and transferred me to him. She was equally rude. I’m sure at his direction given that he’s the pharmacy manager. It is really sad that they are in a customer service focus position, and dealing with a population that clearly has an issue unless they probably would not need a prescription and instead of being kind and compassionate they instead are being very rude short And nasty. I still never got the question that I had answered and I refused to call back up there. I’ve reached out to the BBB and their corporate office and registered a complaint. I just wanted to make sure I filed one online as well.

Cannot stress how bad the Customer Service is here. Hung up on me over the phone before I was finished speaking, would not allow me to pick up a prescription (would have taken 1 min to process and simply hand it over to me) 5 min before the lunch break, and overall bad attitude. Reflecting much of the content of all other reviews - avoid this place if you can. Just terrible all around and rude as hell.

No matter who I speak to, they are always so rude on the phone. My prescription was submitted last Thursday, was supposed to be ready Monday and then Monday comes and it’s “denied by insurance”. Every time I have to call and say rerun it - and look at that! It goes through! And here I am waiting longer for it as they just put the order in and it’s not in stock…

Dangerously incompetent. Rude, disinterested, inept. You name it, this pharmacy has all of the worst elements of any business. I can't get my rx because these idiot liars falsely claimed that I picked up a prescription that was never made available to me. They cannot keep basic records; they cannot return calls. Terrible.

Kroger Pharmacy on Glenwood should be avoided at all costs, especially when a very rude, defensive and sarcastic employee named Gary Jones is working. The lack of customer service along with the total disrespect is unbelievable. Do better Gary and Kroger (for hiring him).

Staff were friendly. They still took me in even I was late for appointment due to some emergency. Such a blessing to have a great pharmacy in the neighborhood.
