Been a customer for 5 years. I use the walk-up counter, mostly, but occasionally use the drive-thru. Overall, the staff are friendly and efficient. Every once in a while I'll experience a little hiccup, but nothing major. One time a prescription wasn't ready when I was told it would be, but they had it ready within 15 minutes after that. If I'm worried about it, I'll call again to confirm before I go to pick up.

I called and asked to cancel a refill and the woman hung up on me before I was done speaking. I know they're a busy location but it was extremely rude

Great prices! Eggs $1.99 Publix eggs $4.That's really ridiculous Publix! The store is so big! So there are a lot of choices. They also carry Prime beef! Produce has been good.

This review is about the Kroger but the people who shop from the neighborhood. The location has gone down hill and due to more homeless and customers with a chip on their shoulders from the hood. Will not go back and do not recommend.

Clean store with a good selection. However, customer service needs a lot of improvement. The employees seem to be preoccupied with socializing rather than work. An exchange inquiry , at the customer service desk, resulted in a curt and nasty response from a manager.

Fantastic, professional, NICE, helpful people. Never had a bad experience in the seven (7) years I’ve been going here.

One nice employee, everyone else was lazy. Stared at me and said they didn't know how to do an order pick up. Kroger, please train your employees how to use the pick up checkout system and on customer service. Wasted 25 minutes and now heading to Publix just based on the principle of this. Being rude to customers (while checking out their own employee groceries) is a bad look for a national chain.

THIS LOCATION IS GIVING OUT FREE FOOD! I PAID $6 FOR $17 WORTH OF GROCERIES! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE that got me some free food due to someone's attitude and lack of training! Lol!So I come in here to get me some snacks for a small Christmas celebration with my little family tomorrow. Now I'm from the Southside of Chicago and I've relocated here for a military assignment. People in Georgia are a bit ditsy and oblivious to me. We're more street smart in Chicago. Because I'm currently 36 weeks pregnant, and it's the Christmas season, I wanted to get rid of all the cash I had carrying in my pocketbook. This is the season of vulnerable people getting robbed and the last thing I want is to be robbed of the little chump change I had in my pocketbook from a nursery paint job that I had to pay cash for cause their card reader was broke.Baby, bless the untrained young lady's heart. She was a deer in headlights. Let's start with her trying to card me for a bottle of Welch's sparkling juice. So I make a joke and show her my stomach like "do it look like I'm drinking right now?" We make small talk and she ask me what's his (my fetus's) name (embarrassed and trying to save face) so I ease it over with her and we laugh it off cause that's the kind of person I am. Now in the midst of all this I ask her to take my $6, and I'll pay the rest on my card but she didn't know what she was doing. Another young lady, long braids, gray sweater, that practically ran me over minutes earlier while saying "I'm over this sh*t" on the job, asked the untrained young lady if she needed help. The nerve of the untrained young lady to say she didn't. I'm like "No! She need your help" I told that girl "I've been active duty in the military for 8 years and I still ask questions." I don't know why these new generation of kids are too proud to ask for help. Won't ever make it far pretending to know it all. That makes them more of an idiot to me! Now what pissed me off was by the time the lady with the lamb chop eyelashes and terrible blue eyeshadow came back to reclaim her register, they all start causing a scene. I don't do confrontation and I'm already ready to pop with this 9 month baby I'm carrying and can barely stand long enough for the BS. I told them they were embarrassing me and I didn't want to hold up the line so if it was too much trouble just put everything on my card cause I'm a very low key person that don't like to cause trouble. Lamb chop, baby bop eyelashes wearing young lady says "Have a good day!" I took my free food and said "and a Merry Christmas to you too! I originally thought she was just being nice until I realized nobody said it back to me.Now I didn't care much to get the names of these young ladies nor speak to a manager cause when you get free food for $6 when the total was a little over $17, you don't ask questions, you just walk off. But you all will know who it is when their register comes up $11.52 short! I mean of course, unless they replace it before closing time lol! Either wayI hope everyone's Holiday is blessed! Cause mines was! Seriously though, this company has closed a couple of locations already. Retrain these attitude having employees before these people put this company completely out of business.

I have had enough of Kroger and am VERY PROUD to say that as of today (11/8/22) I will no longer be doing ANY sort of business with that HORRIBLE corporation. I have been a great and loyal Kroger Pharmacy customer for over (15+) years. I have overlooked ALOT of crap they do, but for Kroger to continually make the same mistakes over and over and be disrespectful on top of that...is a no go for me. The Kroger Pharmacy employees ALWAYS screw up your medications, they're rude as h3ll and very lazy and they have absolutely NO regards for their customers. Kroger SUPERVISORS AND MANAGERS ARE JUST AS INCOMING, LAZY AND RUDE AS THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE!! I have gone to pick up my prescriptions on many occasions, and these LAZY IMBECILES will continue working as if they don't see you standing there waiting to be helped..oh!! And DON'T ask them any questions pertaining to your health because they will either give you the WRONG advice that can be very detrimental to your health or they give you a nasty attitude because they don't want to answer your questions. Take my foolish advice and take your business and hard earned money elsewhere for better customer service, medicines and prices. Kroger is a TOTAL WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Good riddance!!! I had been contemplating for some time now, about not doing anymore business with Kroger, and after careful thought I am ecstatic about leaving this garbage of a company. Kroger doesn't deserve my money or yours too. Good bye and good riddance...on to bigger and better things! No more Kroger..hip hop...HOORAY!!!!!!!!!

Stay away from Kroger on Caroline Street. It is almost all self checkout. You'll be lucky if you find a cashier that will ring up your groceries. I am not an employee of Kroger and don't want to ring up my groceries and bag them. They need to hire cashiers. I am 77 years old. I will go to Publix and Trader Joe's where they hire cashiers.

I would not go there, employees yelling at customers, and threatening with bodily harm. Very scary place to be in. Unsafe

In general this is an OK place, but when my eligible wife attempted to get her 5th COVID shot she was told that it was "not approved" despite the CDC having approved it back in MARCH ,I signed her up on their own web site AND I got the exact same shot a week before. You would think that with COVID now having been around for over 2 years they would know the protocols fir vaccinations,

This location has unprofessional staff who are not helpful and rude. For one example upon many, I went there when the window was supposed to be open. After calling them, they were agitated I rang the bell despite their lunch break being over. From there they proceeded to say my prescription was not received. However, my dr. sent it there and was an error on their part. I only go here because my insurance is in their network. Thankfully, there are a lot of better options nearby - go elsewhere.
