One of the WORST Kroger you will go to. Attitudes everywhere. Supervisors are rude and seem quite confident that there will be no consequence. This is not for the Pharmacy... this is for the STORE. But I can't find anywhere to leave a review for the store (which seems like they know it's a bad store). The store is dirty and I am vegan... they don't have most of the vegan options available at other Kroger's. There is thick Misogyny here. You all need to clean house.

They constantly tell me that my medication is on back order. My wife was able to get the exact same medication, refilled same day. They refused to give me an explanation as to why I could not get my medication refilled. I have been prescribed this medication since I was a child, and now they have withheld it from me for the past three months because they claim they are holding it for their current customers. Zero stars for terrible communication.

I don’t know her name but I spoke to her today she got my medicine in 30 minutes.. She even picked up the phone for me I told her thank you.. You know who you are you are an Angel.. I had called 8 people before I called her..Thanks for your great customer service!!!

My Dr sent my prescription over on Friday, so the pharmacy won’t fill it until u call and confirm it. Which I did. He stated it will be ready by 3pm on Friday so I said ok. Didn’t make it so I came Saturday morning just to hear it’s not ready because I have to call it in, which I did. Then I asked how long, she said 20 minutes. Really?! Why have people call it in just to waste their time. I should’ve stuck to CVS. First and last time at this pharmacy.

I’m at this Kroger right now. I made a flu vaccine apt 6 hrs ago. I came in to get it. Every other place you can walk in,no apt needed. But I called they said make an apt. So I did. I get here and they don’t have it ready. Didn’t even know I’m coming. Get an attitude with me. Then tell me I have to wait 30 minutes. I asked if there is any way they could have it ready faster as I have somewhere I need to be. The man ROLLED HIS EYES AND WALKED AWAY WITH OUT ANSWERING. Like it’s MY FAULT. Unbelievable.Luckily the pharmacist was extremely professional and kind. Which allowed me to leave without a complete negative taste in my mouth.

If it were possible to give this pharmacy zero stars, I would. I have had the most difficult time since my insurance switched at the start of the year. Today, I was told one of my maintenance medications had been "de-acticated" by mistake of a pharmacist. And now, I am unable to refill this important maintenance medication. Pathetic service! Plus, they don't scan the Kroger plus card half the time and thus defraud you of fuel points. And good luck getting the store manager to resolve anything.

I only use kroger pharmacy when absolutely necessary. My pharmacy is not open on weekends. The employees are like robots. They could care less about your business. It's like a factory there.I would not recommend Kroger pharmacy to anyone.

I shop at Kroger for different things fresh vegetables, choice books fresh salmon and they cut it up for you cleaning
