One of our items rang up $4 over the posted price. We had to wait 10 minutes for them to fix it. We did not get compensated and they did not get penalized. How many people have they stolen $4 from that didn't notice?

Came here looking for flowers as my mom was going to be visiting in town and after multiple failed attempts of going to other florist locations. By that point, I just wanted to buy any flowers and call it a day. While I was there I also grabbed a few other staple items for my pantry. Overall, prices were pretty high and organization was a little hard to navigate. The flowers I bought I realized were discolored, some broken and already old looking. I personally would not prefer to come back over other stores for those reasons unless in a bind.

The employee Rafael was harassing me at self check out. He followed my every step thinking I was stealing. He didn't bother anyone else. I felt uncomfortable and stereotyped.

Hours of operation do NOT mention being closed from 1:00-1:30 PM. The pharmacy attendant closed right in front of me, and refused to get my prescriptions. I am changing pharmacies after this!

OMG, I was blown away. After visiting many different locations, this one at Buckhead was impressive. For it to be days before Thanksgiving, the shelves were stocked and associates were throughout the store restocking. Also there were shopping carts available upon entry. I was able to get everything I was shopping for and More! An enjoyable experience.

I came here because it was one of the few grocery stores open past 10PM. There was nothing special about this location. It is off from the main street so it is hard to see. Typical grocery store. At night, they only have self-checkout lanes. Be careful with the specials. Some of the items did not ring up at the discounted price.

They’re very rude here for no reason! I asked if they knew when my medicine would be filled and he said he couldn’t tell me “could be today, could be a week from today” ? Had to switch pharmacies because I can’t play around with my medicine. I’m just tryna get medication that I need. (The other pharmacy had no problem estimating when I’d get my refill)

Overall, great experience at this Kroger. Everyone are always helpful and engaging. Security around constantly is a nice touch due to the area being a bit concerning.

I had the displeasure of having the worst grocery shopping experience in my life. Came to this Kroger to pick up prescriptions for my sick child. While waiting, I decided to pick up some minor groceries. As I'm loading them in my car, a homeless woman or drug addict comes up, telling a story how she needs money, $19.99 to be exact, to buy a blanket from Target. I tell her I don't have cash on me, but I have extra blankets in the car she can have. She says, "No, I need cash. You don't even have any coins?" No! She's standing next to my child and me at my open car door, which made me extremely uncomfortable, and my child had my wallet in her hand. I hurry up and push the cart away and go back in the store to wait for the Rx. I forgot I needed some chocolate bars, so I go to the candy at the self checkout closest to the pharmacy. Great, Hershey bars have a tag that says Buy 2 get 1 free. Great, I grab 9 bars. They all 9 rung up for $1.19 each, and when I pressed the screen option for "PAY NOW," it only took $0.60 off 3 times. Which is INCORRECT, according to Kroger's store tags for them that don't expire until 05/30/22. So I tell the Hispanic male worker that's standing right there engrossed in his cell phone. He's acting like he doesn't want to be bothered and doesn't understand that $1.19 should be deducted 3 times to honor the price tag. He tells me I have the wrong candy bars. Which I don't, and I show him where I got the tags from and the candy bars. He still acts like he's clueless, stuck on stupid, on the spectrum... A light skinned slim black woman missing half an arm or a hand comes over rudely with a horrible attitude saying I'm wrong. I said let me go up front to the manager. She said she is the manager. I said I'm still going up front. She said, "They're still going to tell you the same thing and you're not getting anything else additional off!" Then started laughing and making other snide remarks as I walk off with my sick toddler in tow. I make it to the front counter and give the tags to a black guy with hair behind the (poor) "customer service" desk. He can't seem to comprehend the store's tags either. He says the tags say, "Buy 1 Get 1 50% off." Sir, I have NINE Hershey bars, and above buy1get1 50% off it clearly says in a yellow rectangle "BUY 2, GET 1 FREE." Why would I pick up an odd number of candy bars?! I said I can go to Target or Walmart for better prices or service. They said GO! So much for "the customer is always right!" How are they store managers when they can't even read, comprehend, and do simple math?! Give me the front end manager and store manager salaried positions - I can read, comprehend, do math, & have impeccable customer service skills! How on earth do you have the nerve to have a nasty mouth AND a bad attitude on top of having a disability and a lack of simple reading comprehension & mathematical skills?!

Good service. Kind people. Nice environment. ...my neighborhood grocer, so it's cool to see the smiling and happy faces of associates who have been with the Kroger organization for sometime. The produce section is nice. Meat selection is always doable. The ease of navigating this store is a breeze. Ms. Melanie is my favorite.
