If I could rate less, then I would. We’ve been using this pharmacy for a few years now, mostly due to convenience with location. Today, I had such an audaciously rude phone conversation with the pharmacy tech that I couldn’t help but say I WOULD NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY AGAIN. Shame on Kroger for losing all quality in customer service. Highly recommend you take your business elsewhere

The only thing I dislike about any Kroger pharmacy is that they do not carry narcotics like pain medication. I always have to have my doctors send those scripts to CVS or Walgreens.Otherwise this location is pretty great and mostly wonderful people are staffed there.

Terrible employees, very rude. I typically avoid this Kroger for many reasons, but I decided to try it as I haven't been in a while. I went through the self checkout with 4 items, one item didn't ring up correctly so I asked the young lady to help. She came over and adjusted the price. I simply asked her a question about the adjustment she made and she became irritated. She was so irritated that I asked her some follow up questions based on her demeanor. She gave me a mean stare rolled her eyes and walked away huffing and puffing. I did nothing wrong and didn't say anything out of line or ask her to do anything outside of her job responsibilities. I can walk to this Kroger, but choose to drive out of the way to the Publix where everyone is nice and helpful. It's always clean. Perhaps some customer service training would be a good idea. Do NOT get your prescription filled here. My prescription was supposed to be filled a week ago, but they still have not filled it. Every-time I call to ask, they say “we have to order it”- no matter who it is. Not to mention they are rude. Don’t waste your time.

Pharmacy staff is rude. Transferred all medication to Publix for my family. Long lines and wait times at this pharmacy.

if i could give NEGATIVE 50 stars i would! i was having a bad day, as some occasionally do. another customer approached me too closely. her fragility was showing and it hurt her pathetic weak minded feelings to be yelled at to back up and back off!!!! her f****** feelings! so, she told management. the manager and another employee followed me around the store. they asked me to leave. leave??? because "becky" was offended?! the entire f***** did she cry?!!! i refused and proceeded to shop. approached as i went to checkout i was told my money was "no good there." the entire audacity!!! i shopped here at my local Kroger since April 2021. i was a faithful Kroger shopper since 1997. at checkout, the manager and the security (weak) attempted to restrain me. this was unprompted. i grabbed back and held on. when told i would be free to go, the weak a** security guard, of african descent slammed me to the floor. as my skull hit the tile floor, i then gathered myself and exited the premises. the entire scene was bizarre!!! but unfortunately not an uncommon occurrence in the minority community. all i did was tell someone to BACK UP in a pandemic and I WAS ACCOSTED. As i exited, i grabbed Gatorade. why? unbeknownst to Kroger, i am a black biochemist. i worked on PepsiCo Gatorade Ingredient Technology. I COULD HAVE FREE GATORADE FOR LIFE!!! but i came in to patronize YOUR PATHETIC ESTABLISHMENT! f*** off!!! i hope your entire franchise collapses and EVERY KROGER CLOSES! eat s**** #Publixforlife #callthepolice #defundkroger #youhitlikeaBITCH Also, what kind of punk a** scrathes?!! nigga you hit like a B*****

I love this location. The parking lot is easy to get in and out of, its clean and they always keep the shelves fully stocked. I live in chamblee but drive out of my way for this kroger.

Where on earth are you getting your store managers nowadays? Do they even get any training? Caroline St. store, Atlanta, is chronically dirty. Before Covid, one water fountain stayed out of order for two years and both of them never cleaned - disgustingly nasty. If ice machine broke down, it'd stay broken for weeks. If they ran out of something in the deli, it stayed out for weeks. Pharmacies, once the pride of the stores, are now a complete disgrace. Tell you the med hasn't been called in, (675 Ponce de Leon, Atl.), yet later, they find the refill was in voice mailbox the whole time they made me wait, which they never bothered to check. Was told yesterday they were too busy to fill my prescription - "come back tomorrow." I used this pharmacy 34 years. What on earth has happened to this place?! Never heard of a patient being told he can't have his arthritis medicine...to, "come back tomorrow"? You are a disgrace. You should be ashamed.

I have shopped at the Krogers located at 4498 Chamblee Dunwoody Road for years always had a good experience well due to me working in the area it is very convenience for me to stop by on my way home, well a few months back i go to the deli i stand there at least 7mins and finally a lady come over i think her name is (Tammie or Tremmie) older lady....no hello no nothing except she ask what do you need rudely i gave my order she seem to be very agitated so i got my order and left. Well the next week i went back and ordered again and she was worst with altitude and tone so i went and spoke with the store manager who put his 2 cents in and verified the this lady has been written up and he don't know why she is still there, so i go back to the deli on last evening 02/11/21 and who do i see that old mean DUST BAG!! she ask if i needed anything i replied yes she never came over she proceeded to help another customer no big deal i did not want her service period so another young lady came over i placed my order she showed me the butt of the last meat that i ordered i replied no i do not want that well her tone changed she went into the freezer and returned with a new pack she sliced it packed it and threw it on the counter and walked off well that pissed me off i was not done ordering so i spoke with a manager Heather who went to the deli to finish my order i explained myself and said check your cameras on the rudeness of your (2) IDIOT BOXES i'm not impressed with the deli folks back there and the sad part is i'm the only customer so it's not like you're busy i must say YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!! SO WHEN I GO BACK MAYBE I WILL JUST HAVE A MANAGER ON STANDBY TO SEE JUST WHAT GO ON AND HOW YOUR EMPLOYEES TREAT CUSTOMERS. I myself work with the public and i build relationships with my customers and it's such a great feeling to know that our customers leave happy because of the Quality of service that they get and deserve so if anyone is in the area check out the deli and see how you get treated oh and by the way the little girl that helped me name is Sharmilda who has been trained to be a Baby Idiot Box!! ya'll suck!!!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
