The actual least helpful pharmacy you could ever imagine. Every time I go here, something is wrong. I wouldn't suggest this location to anyone.

I have used this pharmacy for more than 20 years... at this location and it's previous spot. The people who work here have changed over the years but I continue to get great customer service every time. Everyone can have a bad day but I'm def pleased and will continue to get my medicine and other health needs here.

Came at 7:30 pm to get a prescription, was ask to pick up the second day because they can’t fulfill the order in 30 minutes (they close at 8pm)
I ended up going to Publix and got it ready in 15 minutes.

I called for the pharmacy to transfer my prescription to their store. The pharmacist said she would do it and I could pick it up in a couple of hours. 3 days later I called to ask the price of the medication because someone was going to pick it up for me . Due to transportation issues and not able to go alone I was not able to pick the medication up I had someone going to pick it up for me I had taken my last dose on Friday. The pharmacy the prescription was being transferred from was closed until Monday I literally can not eat without withy phtaking this medication first . The pharmacist working said they tried getting in touch withy pharmacy but were not ably to get them My pharmacy is Briarcliff Pharmacy on Claremont Road and THEY ARE THE Best! The only reason I didn't get this medication there was because I was staying with a friend for a couple weeks and we're not able to arrange pickup, My pharmacy closes on Saturdays and will not open again until Monday. I know they could have gotten in touch with Briarcliff Pharmacy because they have voicemail so if they are busy you can leave a message and tWAhey AL

Edited to add: Not sure when there are so many negative reviews. This pharmacy has come through multiple times for me but most recently when I was diagnosed with the flu and my ex wasn't called in until 7 pm when they were closing at 8. I called to see if it was even possible to get the Rx that night and they took care of it within 30 minutes. I use this pharmacy regularly for the last few years and they have always done well and been responsive.

They have improved greatly in the last two years. Not sure if there was a management change but the current team is doing a great job (and I was a regular customer before the current team so I know exactly what I'm comparing them to)

Changing pharmacies because this one is the absolute worst the past couple of years. The first year I used them, they were great, but lately never have my prescriptions ready on time and are always out of everything...even basic antibiotics and rescue inhalers. Even auto refills are late or out of stock. They have also made several mistakes as another reviewer mentioned, and there has only ever been one person there who could answer my questions and I haven't seen her working lately, so she probably left.
The last straw was being bold-face lied to recently about a manufacturer shortage of one of my prescriptions and then being told they didn't know when or if they'd get back in stock. After calling three other Krogers, I find out that no other pharmacy is having any issue with a shortage of this medication, and that it is likely that this particular Kroger just won't order from a different supplier. Unreal.
There is a ton of turnover because I rarely see the same face twice, so I am switching back to my old location who has had the same pharmacist and techs for years, even though it is a long drive. It is worth it to know I can depend on them.

Without a doubt, this has become the worst pharmacy in town.
Edit: Pharmacists and pharmacy techs here seem to have some sort of God complex. They like to make personal judgement calls on whether or not to fill a medication. Pharmacists are to dispense the medications prescribed by physicians. They are not supposed to be making changes to treatment plans by my physician. Weeks go by wondering where my prescription is, only met with obstacle after obstacle imposed by the pharmacist(s).
Worst of all, THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM LYING TO YOUR FACE ABOUT WHAT IS GOING ON. The number of lies I have been told just in the last 3 days is not only astounding, but extremely alarming.
If you can't trust your pharmacy, that's a serious problem. This place is a serious problem.

Worse pharmacy ever! It will take forever to get your medicine out of this place, let alone pricy costs they throw at you. Don’t hold your breath, From getting your prescription, fill your prescription and contacting you, who knows how long it will take.

Made an appointment online for a flu vaccine. Showed up at appointment time. Waited 10 minutes to talk to someone and was told they are out of the vaccine. Why have appts available if you don’t have it? Slow and not too friendly in general.
