I've had three less than satisfactory experiences with this Kroger, so I've decided not to go there for a while. The first one, I've reported to Kroger already. The second one was when I used money services. Basically I was asked for ID for a debit card I was using to get a money order. Not only that, she made an offhand remark about the cash being wrinkled up. Oh well. That was my last to pay rent with and I was holding onto it for Dear life. The insistence to see ID for a debit card made me think this was a new policy. However, once again, I was proven wrong when I went to another Kroger. Had no issues, was not asked for ID and the cashier was pleasant.
Now the third experience was not bad, however, the cashier in this situation clearly lied and it was a flimsy lie at that. I went to Money Services for a money order again and was told that the money order machine was down for 3 to 5 business days. It could have been true for this location ( yeah, right) and I let it ride and went to my now preferred Kroger on Moreland Ave and once again, got a money order without all the extras.
Long story short, I would like to make my transactions hassle free without someone treating me like a criminal or acting like I'm inconveniencing them. That's all. I found that at the Moreland Avenue location and that's where I'll be going from now on.

I ordered an Instacart pickup from this Kroger. My Instacart shopper finished shopping at 5:45 PM, and I arrived at 5:55 PM—well before the store closed at 6 PM. Despite being on time and waiting for my order, neither Instacart nor Kroger brought out my groceries. Instead, I encountered a very rude woman and an unhelpful security guard at the door, refusing to assist me.
This experience was extremely frustrating and has completely ruined my Christmas plans. Both Kroger and Instacart failed to provide the service I paid for, even though I followed the timing instructions.

Usually a good experience at this kroger. Leaving a 1 star due to the terrible service with grocery pick up. The customer service is beyond terrible. I am not sure who is training these employees or if there is any sort of training at all. You can expect to have your order marked as Completed even when they never bring the groceries out to your car. They will also tell you that they brought certain items out and you will notice several missing items are not there. Worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. The only Kind & helpful worker seems to be Tristan.

It’s not the best location, but it’s convenient.
The store could use consistent cleaning, especially the shelves, cooling/freezer sections, and dairy cases.

The reason I choose to go to the Kroger in edgewood is due to spectacular service i recieved, especially from a manager named Maurice. His professionalism and attention to detail is only shadowed by his phenomenal work ethic. He went out of his way to ensure a great shopping experience. This has become my new kroger, even if its slightly out of the way for me.

This is unfortunately my home Kroger. You have to recheck prices bc deals that are posted don’t always ring up. Self service helpers are usually very kind, had a particularly rude experience with a red haired lady named “Carla”, don’t understand how she’s working with the public.

Pitiful excuse a store and a team. Never have inventory, HORRIBLE produce and there’s ALWAYS a 30 minute wait in line. I’m leaving a review on google, yelp, and their customer experience portal for every failed visit. Truly hate that the store is 400 ft walking distance because I drive PAST this store it’s unusable

The absolute worst customer experience ever. It’s no way I should have to wait over an hour for a mobile pickup order. Even after getting out of my car and coming inside to inquire, I still was not able to far any service. Associates laughing and joking having a good time and there’s several people waiting on their orders. Unprofessional and unpleasant workers utterly ridiculous. I will never shop here again. Asked for the manager and did not get my order.

Friendly warning customer to customer: If you need to use Kroger money services, please DO NOT GO HERE! The manager there is so extremely incompetent and rude. Save yourself the time of waiting over 3 hours and the headache.
Also, Kroger, you need a better manager for your Caroline/Edgewood location.
