  I’ve been going to this Kroger for 6ish years and had no problems. Produce always seems fresh, store is fairly clean, employees are friendly, they usually are in stock with everything I need. They need more staff because of long checkout lines and I really hate the self checkout and the building is a little rundown but overall I don’t mind coming to this Kroger.

  Do not have any reason to return anything . The only computer available has a broken monitor. It doesn’t allow the attendant to effectively return/exchange items. Attendant is noticeably annoyed but had tried to still offer service . Needed to wait on the side for 15+ minutes because she needed to do three jobs at the same time (answer phones, handle returns and do money orders). Unfortunately, not a great experience.

  This Kroger sucks never has anything and ALWAYS CROWDED. Also has terrible quality and customer service . No help and ppl are always stealing.

  I just left store 412 on cascade I bought a $5.00 box of bake chicken from the deli to get home and it’s hard and taste tainted I call back to the store to be placed on hold twice and never spoke with anyone I know that the store wasn’t crowded so I’m not understanding why my call to speak with a manager wasn’t answered I know we all have a job to do so why not do it and answer the phone or take a message instead of just leaving me on the phone never will I buy bake chicken there again if they can’t acknowledge me and correct my issue tells me they don’t really care sign a un appreciated customer!

  This is the closest grocery store to me and I update my reviews every few months.
  
  This location is awful. The selection is poor. The quality of the produce is poor. The way the hygiene products are kept behind glass makes you feel like a criminal. The self checkout is barely functional.
  
  I've always had nice interactions with the staff but any time I've interacted with management they've been snarky and dismissive.
  
  This community deserves better, and I cannot support this store until they make changes that make them more similar to the Krogers in the uhhh...I'm going to say "wealthier"parts of town.

  The Kroger in the westend area is the WORST KROGER AROUND THE GLOBE!...
  You will never be able to make a quick run in this particular Kroger because it's shown how much they think about their customers
  ..The lines are always rapped around another corner of the store
  The management and staff walk around mean mugging the customers . Please do not go to this Kroger if you need anything!!!

  Alvin and most of the other employees - besides the occasional rude teenaged cashier towards the end of the night- are a pleasure to interact with, however the selection at this location is honestly APPALLING. Super low quality produce, essentials are always out of stock, lines are ALWAYS long, certain health and wellness products are completely not sold at this location and I’m sure we all know why. The people in this community deserve access to quality food, produce, and service too. It’s honestly sick to see the difference. We don’t need 2 beauty supply stores and a nail spa in the grocery store if we can’t even get cold pressed ginger shots or fruit without mold or if all the beef is going to be out of stock by 3 pm.

  Does Kroger not read these reviews? The store is deplorable every single day. Lines to the back of the store while employees stand around talking to each other. There’s no way this place has a manager.

  Horrible management!! One cashier in the money center on the first of the month is highly unacceptable. Why does that make sense?

  Regularly out of basic food items and poor variety. Always have to finish my shopping elsewhere. The Kroger in Glenwood and Publix in Summerhill are much better. Just go there instead.

  Disorganized, very low quality store. Produce doesn't look fresh and even have expired things on the shelf.

  I have applied for a part time Cashier position the other managers always say ask for Mr.Nelson and when I call it's always he not taking calls or hes gone or on vacation all I ask for is a chance I give up I applied 3 times they must dont look at the experience but Thank you for the opportunity

  This Kroger is absolutely unacceptable. The moment you walk in, you’re hit with a foul smell. The store is disorganized, the lines are ridiculously long, and the food? Old, low-quality, and questionable at best. The entire place needs a deep cleaning and proper sanitization ASAP.
  It’s clear they don’t have enough staff, probably because they’re not paying people what they deserve. That’s no excuse, though management needs to get it together. Or else you cannot exist. No grocery store is allowed to sell products that could cause bodily harm to beings on Earth. Fix it or go.

  The WORST KROGER IN ATL: The 3 standing male Managers & the 2 officers should be ashamed of themselves… This Kroger is easily the worst location in the entire City of Atlanta & the Metro Atlanta area. It’s poorly ran & lacks many of the high quality products that almost all of the other locations having including the Cascade location near 285… Very discouraging to see older, should be mature adults running this location & they gauge handling sensible issues with violence towards the same individuals they’ve employed or sponsored previously.
