The lines at CUSTOMER SERVICE are ridiculous always down the aisles. There are a lot of elderly people standing and waiting in line for a long time. Most times, there's only one person working in CUSTOMER SERVICE, some customer service, hah ? The parking lot is a mess with carts everywhere. Thank GOD for security near the ATM. HIRE more customer service representatives for your customers? No one wants to spend time in line to take care their the business. Or shut down customer service, put chairs there that would help some.

Do not use this pharmacy! 17min. on the phone just waiting for them to answer - and they never did. Went to store and informed Mgr. of their total unprofessionalism. Manager didn't like me asking why a phone number and contact info. was given if they weren't gonna answer the phone. Do not be white if you expect any type of respect from these folks.

This is the most slowest Kroger ever I had a pick up order scheduled for 8:00 till 900 the sent me an message at 6:29am saying my order is ready for pick up I didn’t get my order until 8:35

They’ve recently done some remodeling of this Kroger. I appreciate the new sign. It gives the building a bit of a facelift. Please update the flooring next! As of now, it’s all uneven and poorly paved as well as discolored in some areas. Updated flooring would greatly enhance the shopping experience here.

Most days they have the same agent at Customer Care, Myra is her name I believe. She doesn’t stand, isn’t pleasant and customer service is definitely lost on her. With so many other problem areas in the store this is an easy opportunity to fix one. She told me that they don’t accept perishable returns from other stores (purchase was from Lake City but they’ll get their own review) which I’ve never heard before. My purchase was made today and I had my receipt. I asked for a manager and Danielle came to my aid and actually listen to my concern until the manager arrived and completed my refund. Kroger needs more Danielle’s and less Myra’s.

Krogers on Metropolitan is the BEST ?in my old neighborhood I’ve moved and still goes there especially I will like to shout out this young man whom makes sandwiches in the DELI very patiently & friendly I may add the cooks works so hard as well I love the services they provide for the community!!!!
