It’s frustrating going through self checkout as the workers will come stand behind you and wait for you to scan all items and then snatch basket. What is the purpose of this? Can I complete my transaction in peace without feeling rushed? Awful service.

They have a Natural Gas leak. I have a pounding headache from a quick trip in. Need to get that resolved fast. That’s dangerous.

Hello, I came in to pay an urgent bill at customer service. I arrived shortly before 9 am and was told that Customer Service didn’t open until 9:00 am.
No problem, I chose to wait…20 minutes went by, no one showed up to help me and the associates at self check out just ignored me and my request for a manager.
I know things happen but come on, at least acknowledge that I’ve been standing for 20 minutes. Something! ?

Never had a problem with expired food or bad service. Tabatha, bless your heart honey. She is sooo sweet and energetic! Give her a raise and let her train every employee on kindness? lbvs

My only complaint about this store is that they’re famous for having sale prices from 1-2 weeks ago still displayed on the shelves. Most of the time I don’t catch the mistake until I’ve left the store. Please do better, in this economy nobody is trying to spend more than they have to.

This store sold me gift cards that did not work! When I called the store manager he kept the gift cards, said he would email the district manager etc. but then - NOTHING no refund. They will sell you gift cards that don't work and then refuse to take them back. They are probably running some sort of scheme, where they are putting your money on another gift card which they are using themselves while giving you a dud.

One of the neatest Kroger I’ve ever stepped foot on. The second floor is what set this location apart compared to the neighborhood Kroger where I reside. Kroger is always awesome & will always one of my go to since. One of the brand name I grew up with.

Really nice, 2 levels with a bookstore. The bathroom was kinda gross.
