Always a terrible experience when I come lol I live across the street but at this point it’s better to go to a different location. These workers are lazy they close down money center early they take forever for bathrooms And the answer is always “unfortunately idk”! They need to do better hire ppl who actually want to work in customer service and not just collect a check. I came last night for a money order they lady said they closed down early I asked if the manager could do something she came back with a attitude and started processing the money orders but didn’t say a word I told her thank u several times it wasn’t until I was leaving when I said it again and she said ok and kept walking sooooo rude. The guy with the dreads is just as terrible

To know as a black person i can walk in this Kroger with some of the rudest, unprofessional staff and have a security walk up on me and police officer run up on me for no reason is insane!!! Instructed by a manager on duty name Edwin, both the security and police say they are kicking me out for no reason and that is dangerous and means it could happen to anybody else who is black. I’m glad I have video footage of both of them stating I was being kicked out for no reason at all! FYI i shop at this Kroger every week because i live across from this store. Never stole anything i am not a criminal, don’t have a record in general. How can a frequent customer just be kicked out because a manager wants to abuse his authority?

Great store but they never have more than one cashier working and the self checkout line is always long … lastly I always get followed around the store by one security guard …when ever I shop it’s the same security guard that harasses me and I spoke to several managers about this and he stills does it ,so now I try my best not to shop at this location … it’s hard bc it’s very close to my house!!!

This place is worse than most Krogers, and that is a VERY low bar indeed. Lucky for you, there's usually one checkout lane open for your shopping pleasure, because we all love waiting in long lines! Self check-out is constantly calling the attendant, and takes forever, often because specials and digital coupons aren't programmed properly. If you have any issues, don't call the manager, he doesn't care. *Oh, did I mention that you have to get an a grown-up to unlock the bathroom door for you? If you have the choice of any other Kroger, go.. If you can afford Publix, do that.

Not sure why Kroger can't staff this store on Morosgo. Went to customer service after checking out because an item in my cart rang up at the wrong price (I was over charged). No one at the customer service counter. Store manager tells me I will have to come back at noon when the customer service counter opens. Its like 9:30. I protest. So he then says I need to get in line with the ONLY cashier operating a lane to get the refund. There are like 9 people with carts waiting to check out - probably 15 min wait. I decided to "eat" the price of the overcharge and just walked out of the store. Not my first go around with staffing (or lack of staffing) problems at this store. On my way out I asked the security person about a stabbing at the store that was mentioned on WSB TV news. He said that the person had been arrested. I am sad to say this might have been my last visit to the Morosgo Kroger.

Waited forever for someone to let me use the restroom before I started shopping and I just gave up. Other restroom in the store was out of order. So basically no restroom

I stopped at this location at 820PM Thursday, I stood in line at the customer service / western union area. There was no one there but a lady with name tag sitting on the motorized buggies beside the self checkout told me they were closed. She was chatting with a male , I asked her if the money orders were down or western union as a whole. I was only picking up money , not sending or paper money orders.
I left the location and visited a nearby publix to finish picking up the cash, I asked was it normal for any western union to partner to close early and they said no. I decided to call the store back (8:42) and ask to speak to a live person and they communicated the western union was closing at 9pm.
Thankfully the money was a small gift for my birthday but I can imagine someone in desperate need for gas , bus ticket , medicine or paying a bill would feel if they drove to this location and greeted by employee that was having a conversatin that was more important than their job.
also the worker should be provided with ADA accomodation if they cant stand , sitting on the customer provided handicap buggy is tacky.

It's one thing to have locks on the restrooms without any signs on how to get the code. It's another thing for the manager & security not to give the code after 9 pm & the manager say he already cleaned them. I'll never be back to this location. Customer service is just non existent in today's world.
