I usually place pick up orders and they are never ready in the window I select to pick them up. Also they leave me waiting 30min-1 hour for the pickup which is just ridiculous.

Only complaint is that the cart stalls in the parking lot take up 4 spaces each and I am counting 10 total stalls that I can see from my car. They are usually out of alignment where they end up blocking excess spots. Hoping management sees this and fixes them.
