Pharmacy visit here 11/24/25! rude unpleasant unprofessional pharmacist and pharmacy tech terrible customer service of no care 1will never return or recommend to anyone I know however upon describing my terrible experience at this location I was highly recommended to experience great service at Publix pharmacy although I was skeptical due to this poor experience on cascade I put my trust in God transferred all prescriptions gave it a try and its been great not the Publix on cascade I had to venture out of metro overall better experience @ Publix!

The worst customer service ever. Everyone I spoke to including the “ manager “ was rude and seems to not know the store policies .

it is very clear by the condition of the store that management, and possibly corporate, do not care about this store because of the demographics of the neighborhood. A store like this would never be allowed to operate in this fashion in North Atlanta. The produce section is filled with flies, fruit flies, sticky floors and worst of all, expired produce. The shelves usually aren't well stocked either. Also, like another reviewer said, this location does not honor established Kroger policies. When i tried to get $120 cash back at checkout, i was not allowed to b/c the maximum is $100. this is not true and even the machine charges the requisite $3.50 fee for 100+ cash back transactions.
now let's get to the poor customer service… Zelda. She is extremely hostile and a liability. Confrontational, condescending and unhelpful.

Me and my husband came to this grocery store to buy food for our household (4) the cashier name Angel was RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! Me and my husband went to the self cashier line to pay for our groceries. The mechanic TOOK MY HUSBAND HARD EARNING MONEY. The cashier ANGEL suspended our transaction. Then Mysteriously it was saying we didn’t put money in the Machine . I Immediately request for a manager by the name of Anje was very nonchalant And show no remorse like she was ready to go. She advised me to wait till five in the morning for the store Accounting to take a look at the Machine. I told the manager what are we supposed to do about this problem? I asked her for a 40 dollars gift card and she told me she can only do 20.00 gift card🙄 l reach out to corporate immediately and told them everything what happened. After corporate look at the cameras showing that the amount was put in the machine. Corporate gave me and my family 30 dollars gift card. I was very thankful.

Used to be good but do not go here if you are trying to pick up something quick. The wheels to my cart locked on the way out and I had to wait for the security guard to meander over to check my receipt outside the store you know where the heat is because why care about your customers purchased products. I will not be shopping here again.

I went into the local Kroger due to mine was extremely busy the day 7/16 and I wanted to return some produce that i ordered a day before (not this location) however I was told by all three of the ladies In customer service that I could not return a online order. They called the store manager while I was there and she agreed with the foolishness.
I immediately called the 1800 number to be told what I’ve read you can return groceries with receipts within 30days of purchase AT ANY LOCATION!!! I’m not sure if my race being the same as theirs was an issue but I wasn’t about to disagree because I was headed to work and didn’t want the spoiled food smell in my car. It’s very unfortunate that they behave like this with you when you have a receipt. I think they may need more training management and all. I spend too much money to have been turned away . Because they didn’t know the rules!!!

I’ve came here to get birthday cakes at this location for the last 7 years because of another location of not having good looking cakes now this location has gotten very poor let’s say I have had seeing on sight first hand on how cakes are handled even frozen not with care

Every time I go to this Kroger I am reminded why I never go to this Kroger. I want to. It's the closest grocery store in my neighborhood, but it's just so mediocre. I ask for hand basket and the manager shrugs and says they're all in use while it's obvious there's not a person in the store using one. I'm waiting for a small local grocery store that's supposedly opening in Oakland City soon and I would recommend everyone going there instead.
